Good afternoon, I ordered a 280p shrimp and the manager told me that they didn’t have any tartar sauce and I told her shrimp is considered seafood the young girl told me they was told not to serve tartar sauce with shrimp only the fish sandwich. The fish sandwich and shrimp is considered seafood and everybody knows that you eat tartar sauce well the young girl told me that they don’t think like like that. So I thought the young girl made it cultural when she said that we don’t think like that well in the United States of America we do think like that and as a consumer or a customer. Can you guys please consider serving tartar sauce with the seafood items

Normally when I eat at this location the food is good but when I ordered the dine for two meal which was tenders and boneless wings with coleslaw and fries. EVERYTHING was DISGUSTING and cold. Not to mention they gave one sauce for a two person share meal. Come on really!! The tenders tasted like super old and they had been sitting for quite some time. You could barely chew them and they were dry. I did a mobile pickup order too which is something I don’t do. I normally go in and place my order. Whoever the manager was that evening was not on top of quality service. Even if it’s fast food people still want hot and fresh because you would want the same.

I ordered the spicy blackened wraps and it was very disappointing. The chicken was old, cold, and tiny! For reference I put a regular tender beside the size of the entire wrap. I had to take out the grilled tender and add a regular tender. The grilled tender was the tiniest piece of chicken and not edible it was so tough. $10 for 2 wraps and an extremely sugary lemonade is not worth it.

Popeyes has a catering service, I had a party and the chicken was very delicious. And above all you have to try the frozen mango, it’s very delicious. If you have a big party and you don’t know what to bring, I recommend Popeyes chicken

I bought 10 pc chickens but they said if I want mustard I need to pay 25c per packet. They did not give me any sauce to eat with the chicken. I didnt ask for an extra!! I just wanted some sauce that I can eat my chicken.

The mashed potatoes and gravy are ok. That is all. Oh and every once in a blue moon their sweet tea will taste like southern sweet tea (how it’s supposed to be). I’m writing this review exhausted. Exhausted of chain restaurants having a menu with less than 20 items on it’s menu and some how the food is burnt, overcooked, flavorless and cold even DURING A LUNCH/DINNER RUSH but definitely at slow times.
As a resident in the area. I’ve ignored the bad reviews, I really tried to give them a chance but I was prooven wrong. These people are right. It’s just not good food. If you have a bad experience You’ll never be reimbursed. You’ll never be asked, “How can we make this right?” We aren’t really considered when writing these reviews.
How do I know?
I watched this place be built from the floor up. I watched as the bad reviews started trickling in. I even doordash and see the lack of urgency for an order that is so simple. Everytime I walk in there’s always a look on a customer’s face like, “Where’s my food?” In the food buisness customer service is important, that INCLUDES learning and knowing how to retain customers, no one is asking you to make an angry person the happiest but you’d be surprised how far the extra mile goes in customer’s lives. Things I’d never do here
Go through drive through if there’s another customer.
Order their Shrimp (today was the first and last day)
Eat their chicken 3 hrs bfore closing
Eat their mac and cheese or deserts

Here’s my Advice: Keep management out of the back office. Put a clerical employee there for all things ppw. Management should be directing, supervising, teaching, elevating this buisness. It’s a nice area but they take that for granted at this establishment and I don’t know why.

It’s a 0 stars for me but ya’ll know we can’t do that. I hate writing bad reviews but they’ve been here too long for the crap they put out. Free up the space so we can get another tasty buisness here.

In the picture this is what you get. Mostly breading and veined shrimp the size of 1/2 a penny. Heck even the shrimp looks sad .

I had a really good experience here. The food came out fresh and hot, and the service was great. One of the staff members, Naomi, was especially kind and attentive. she made sure everything was right with my order and had such a positive attitude the whole time. It really made the visit better. Definitely appreciate the effort and customer service!

used to be great service when first opened. then they forgot my chicken a few weeks ago once and when i called they told me to come back and theyd handle it. but the cashier asked if “i was SURE they forgot it” as if i was out to get free chicken. REALLY poor training on that part. not a huge deal, maybe she was having a bad day, ive worked retail, i just answered politely and left. planned not to go back, but my daughters wanted chicken today while i was getting a haircut and so i went there for a chicken box for them. specifically asked for mild. the receipt says mild, and somehow i still got all spicy chicken that my 2 and 4yo cant eat.i checked every chicken tender hoping to salvage their lunch but they are all spicy. same cashier, i doubt its intentional or personal, and she polite enough, but this is the second time now. and now they wont answer the phone and the mailbox is full.

cmon yall, do better.

Stopped by here yesterday Saturday around 7pm to grad food after a long road trip. No one was in the lobby and we were the only people in the drive through line. We attempted to place 2 separate orders that would be paid separately.
Lady on the com made it nearly impossible to place an order. She repeated our order 5x and still couldn’t get it right. When confirming what we were ordering she kept insisting “oh it’ll be 4 extra minutes” which was fine. But it’s like she didn’t want us to place an order at all. When we initially got there we asked if we could do two separate orders she said yes. When it came to ordering the second order she said no we can’t do that. That lady did not want to do her job. We left because she made it so difficult to try and order food. Especially when they weren’t busy no customers in the lobby or anything. We left and went to chic fil a where the customer service is much better and have employees who want to service their customers.
