used to be great service when first opened. then they forgot my chicken a few weeks ago once and when i called they told me to come back and theyd handle it. but the cashier asked if “i was SURE they forgot it” as if i was out to get free chicken. REALLY poor training on that part. not a huge deal, maybe she was having a bad day, ive worked retail, i just answered politely and left. planned not to go back, but my daughters wanted chicken today while i was getting a haircut and so i went there for a chicken box for them. specifically asked for mild. the receipt says mild, and somehow i still got all spicy chicken that my 2 and 4yo cant eat.i checked every chicken tender hoping to salvage their lunch but they are all spicy. same cashier, i doubt its intentional or personal, and she polite enough, but this is the second time now. and now they wont answer the phone and the mailbox is full.

Yo, I have never seen staff start cleaning at 9pm and let customers wait in line for 25 minutes and at the drive thru for about the same. I know it’s an hour before closing but you realize fast food restaurants will be active till near closing. I see people order pizza and five guys and come out sooner than getting an order though.

This place sells GMO chicken sandwiches. Try one and see. When you bite into it , it’s stringy and has a hard rubbery bite. Chicken isn’t stringy especially breast. Also the beans and rice is proportioned very thin and the rice is fake. It’s minute rice…..don’t shoot the messenger.

Newly location and it shows but they are getting better. Drive thru was a little slow but then again I have never been thru a quick Popeyes drive thru line. My order was correct. The chicken tenders and fries were fresh so no major complaints.

Worst experience I had in a while. Chicken was really greasy. Workers have a rude attitude making it obvious that they don’t want to be there and have an annoyed expression on their faces, when asking for something. Very unpleasant.

They made us wait 20 minutes for our order cause they didn’t have the mac n cheese ready. Like, come on. Bring it out whenever, just give us whatever is ready at the moment. The guy in the register could not care less.

Red bean & rice (small)-rice a bit dry and hardened kinda hard to eat. Chicken thighs dry inside taste like chewing rubber. Hope they will improve next time and good luck!

Absolutely the worst…drive thru was extremely slow! Over 30++ mins to order and 20 mins to get my food (photos show the receipt of the order placed and I took a pic while waiting for my food at the window). Got home and received the wrong 2pc….dark 2 thighs and mild. Order 2pc spicy white. No urgency from the staff to fill orders in drive through bc you watch them inside just standing at the registers. Daniel or Ryan not sure because he had on 2 name tags filled my order when he realized other staff werent doing it but filled it incorrectly. Absolutely awful!! Hopefully management will address and train staff to be more efficient and serving customers. It was an Epic fail for grand opening.
