Popeyes in general is awesome! But this location I have to constantly request that the employees wear gloves. When it’s freshly cooked it’s on point but when it’s been under the heat lamp for minute you can tell. Long story short it’s hit or miss at this location. Very inconsistent.

The lady behind the register at 4:45pm on Sunday, August 3rd, 2025 was insanely rude to multiple customers. There was no need to be rude. To the customers in front of us, she yelled at the lady for grabbing the wrong cup and proceeded to do other things instead of give her the correct cup. When we got to the front we asked what chicken they had left and she said that one chicken. I asked is it a chicken breast for a sandwich or a tender. She said it’s a chicken. And I asked again what type it was so I knew which to order. She responded it’s chicken just look at it. I said I cannot see it like you can, I just need to know what chicken to order. She said it’s a chicken breast and I said ok, does that mean I can do a sandwich and she said no, we are out of sandwiches. And I said then how can I order it and she said you can’t. Then I just said ok, thank you and walked away.
Please tell me y’all have video of how your employees are treating customers and watch that clip. It was beyond unnecessary. The man behind us just walked away after she said that to us.

Yesterday I stopped for lunch during a busy lunch hour at 6 pm. I order a two-piece combo with fries. I received a huge breast and a wing unfortunately they weren’t cooked properly and still had a light pink tint to it. Didn’t notice until I got home in the evening that the chicken wasn’t cooked fully. The only edible thing was the fries. Unfortunately, I forgot to grab the receipt from the counter. Usually, I do not have problems with this location considering they are the only place open after 5:00 pm. I spent 10.59 on a meal I couldn’t eat.

Horrible, horrible and horrible..lady work at the front has attitude bcuz she is not happy with her job and all what I hear from her that she wants to go home. Person asked for the manager and she stated that she is the one and when he was trying to have friendly conversation she ignored him and took the next customers. She should be counseled for such a behavior… military folks running the garrison, not sure how much can be involved but this is really sick mad

Restaurant is no longer a good value for my money. I ordered a meal consisting of two small breasts for which I had to pay a premium of $1.75 per breast for a total of $18 and some change. Unacceptable for what I received as a meal. Never again.

Husband and I stopped by for lunch. There was a wait for chicken tenders but we weren’t in any rush. Staff was super friendly and apologetic, making sure to keep us posted on the status of our order. We love Popeyes, but haven’t had much luck with service at other locations. So this was a pleasant experience and we will return here.

Popeyes is far from anything special anymore. I feel this restaurant feels entitled to be on base at every base, so their service never holds up to any outside popeyes. If its an employee factor, then fix management so they can hire the right people. Food is always not even close to being hot, you order mild, and you get spicy, you order chicken nuggets, and you get breaded bread crumbs, and the fries taste like they are a week old. Popeyes needs to be replaced with a real chicken meal provider.

Just got back from vacation in Colorado and now I know I’m back on the east coast because of the negative attitude! Both older ladies working the register are rude and impatient! They try to correct the customer using a very rude tone which just creates more hostility! I won’t be eating at this Popeyes again! Every time I eat here they have a bad attitude, I guess it’s typical here on the east coast!! Can’t wait to move!!

If it wasn’t for how good the chicken sandwich was, I would not eat here. Very long wait time for what seemed like a small order. I also had to ask for what I ordered after being “given” my order. It seemed like I was invisible to staff when asking for what was on my receipt. I get you’re busy, but acknowledgement would be nice.
