I had a wonderful I mean wonderful experience from the moment I entered this establishment till the time I left. The cook Raymond was excellent very funny guy lol, food was on time, fresh and tasty he deserves a raise. Also the manager I think her name was shakeeta was so polite with a smile that lit up the restaurant ( she need a raise to lol). All around the service was 11/10 only thing they couldn’t help me with was to be burped after my meal lol thank you guys keep up the great work

Everything I come to this store the crew is quick and professional. The food is always fresh and the staff always gets my order correct every single with a smile on their face. I would like to give a special shot out to Shakeeta, Tia, Brittney, Daniel, Ray, Kristen, and Karen. This place is underrated and a must go to. I love this place and they deserve the business.

Ordered on line was told half the order was ready but come get my drinks, then was told she was bagging our stuff and to please pull to the gate. It has been 20 mins They sent my food out by the person I just sat and watched on a break smoking a cig. Then my order was wrong. They told me they were out of what I ordered. Just horrible. I probably no I will not be coming back here. They need to do better.

Wait time just to place an order is ridiculous. Sometimes they dont even acknowledge you right away. I was standing there almost 20 minutes with one person in front of me whos already ordered and still they didn’t take my order. Everyone is always loud and sometimes rude. It makes me not want to walk in there. This isn’t the first time this happens either.

Today I went to this establishment when I walked in they greeted me with the biggest smile, and my food was just coming up so it was fresh just like I like! The manager Shakeeta was very nice and pleasant to me I will be back for another great experience!

I had a terrible experience. The lady taking my order had an attitude from the start. They didn’t have wraps, so I ordered a 12-piece bone-in wing (BBQ and Sweet Chili). When I got my food, there was no sauce on the wings at all. I also asked for ranch and was told they didn’t have any. The service was unprofessional, the food was not prepared as described, and overall this place is run terribly

Ordered two chicken bacon and cheese sandwich combos with Cokes. When drove around to the window and was handed the cokes they were three quarters of the way filled then they told us to pull around to the front of the store which if you know this location you know that could be quite difficult to do so we did that then a girl came out and handed us sandwiches in the bag. We got the wrong sandwiches all we got was a chicken sandwich with a load of mayo and the french fries weren’t even full either. What’s wrong with this place.

I usually love Popeyes but this is the 8th time I’ve gone and they have messed up my sides and I’ve either had to go back to get what I ordered. The service is better than expected based on a lot of reviews I have seen but tired of missing out on mashed potato’s or Mac and cheese if I just wanted chicken strips I’d go to McDonald’s

I went to the drive thru to order strips. They said didn’t have any because the friers are turn off becuse they were closing in 10 mins. So I order chicken sandwiches, red beans n rice, and Mac n cheese. The chicken one of the chicken sandwiches was a strip they just put on a bun. The rice was so hard couldn’t even attempt to eat it. I’m posting this for my refund I’m gonna get when they open tomorrow.
