Aviod this location, I ordered chicken tenders family meal, but those are not chicken they only bread they’re very dishonest restaurant because I’m paying the full price for them, I don’t understand why they’re doing that. Also the rice and beans smell bad. Unbelievable!

I ordered boneless bbq wings get home and have bone in plain wings I was charged for boneless bbq, I called the store and asked for a refund on my card I was told I would have to go back to the store and get another order. I have 2 toddlers it’s not an Ppy for me to put them Back in the car and drive 15 mins back there. This is very unprofessional and I’m now hungry and annoyed.

normally ghost pepper wings have the seasoning underneath the breading but the last few times its been on top which i don’t mind but this time they literally just dumped it on top didnt shake them at all and put way to much.. there was a pile of seasoning on the top one… i tried to eat one to see if i could and it was just awful..

I noticed I ordered some chicken today and I noticed something was not right with my order. I think couple of pieces of my chicken was missing like 1 to 2 pieces of chicken and my chicken, tender Thai, like someone rip off piece of it. I’m like someone deep inside my bag and was explaining my food so now I know next time when I order I come and pick it up myself. When we walked through the door and saw all of the chicken sitting under the heat lamps should have been a warning. It looked like they made enough chicken to get them through the night all at once. So all that chicken was sitting under the heat lamps for who knows how long. I ordered the tenders and every piece was anything but tender. Each so called tender was an individual piece of shoe leather from sitting under those lamps. Couldn’t do anything about it cause it was take out so I could eat it at home. The Mac and cheese wasn’t much better. Taking the lid off to see that the top cheese was hard and burnt. Needless to say I won’t be returning to that Popeyes anytime soon

Chicken requested fresh to order and could tell it was expired chicken. The chicken was dry and stringy after waiting 30 minutes and paying over 70 dollars. I called to speak with the manager Viness who told me that she spoke with us about the food and wait time which was a blatant lie because we only spoke with a young black man the entire time. Then she proceeded to tell me to drive back up with the chicken to get a refund and then hung up. Beyond rude! I will never come back and I would encourage everyone else who trust my opinion to not go to this establishment either. Waste of money and horrible service!

Food is great. But 1 sauce for a whole meal and charging 50 cents per extra sauce is outrageous. Also, the way the building is situated makes it so the drive through line can block the parked cars in. I do not recommend parking on the right side of the parking lot at this location.
