We stopped here while driving out of state. It had been years since we ate at Popeyes and my son’s first time. He got the FNAF Garlic Chicken Tenders and Cheese Curd meal. We weren’t sure he would like it, so they offered him a piece to try. I ordered the two piece chicken. The chicken was just how I remembered it, juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Most of all the biscuit was flaky and buttery, and it seemed like it had just been freshly baked. My only complaint is the cleanliness and condition of the restroom. The restrooms need renovation badly. Some of the stainless steel was rusty, and there was a lot of old dust and grime. There were things smeared on the wall, I just wanted to get out of there.

This is my third time coming to this Popeyes and I’m always disappointed.
The first time, I felt like I wasn’t welcome at all.
The second time, I had to wait until it was exactly 10:30 AM to be served by a manager who clearly didn’t like me—no greeting, no politeness, and he seemed in a hurry for me to leave.
Tonight, I went back again and I encountered the same employee from the first time. He didn’t respond to my greeting and was more focused on watching an argument between his coworker and a very rude customer. I understand they may be tired, but showing a minimum of attention to other customers would not hurt.
I specifically asked for 4 signature sauces, and he didn’t include them. He handed me my food very nonchalantly and didn’t reply when I said “good night.” It was extremely cold outside, and since I was on foot, I couldn’t go back once I noticed the sauces were missing.
The customer service at this location really needs improvement.

Food was very good and fresh. The chicken sandwich was great as always. This location was nice and clean. The staff can be nice but the wait times for food can be longer than usual for fast food. Location is in a convenient spot and close to other shopping. We would stop by again in the future when we are passing through Frederick.

Fast food is hard work, and this place is busy, but at the same time this place never gets orders correct at the drive through. Ask for ketchup? Nope. Ask for one wing sauce instead of none? Roll the dice — you only get what you ordered about half the time. Mistakes happen, but this place really struggles to process what you order.

This place is the absolute worst. The very first time I went the employee was cleaning and after waiting for a while patiently I could tell that they were purposely ignoring me after a couple attempts of trying to get their attention, they came over only to tell me that they can’t help me because I was using the app. The second and most recent time I went, it was close to closing and I was in the drive-through line. I waited over 3 minutes for them to come take my order. I waited over 8 minutes in line with only one car ahead of me. I used the coupon code that I’ve used before and they told me a different total than normal. The total was almost $1.50 more than what it normally is. When I ask why the total was different at the window the Employee said that she thought it was because the combo meal was different than just The tenders by themselves, which didn’t make any sense. I thought that was super sketchy so I ended up leaving and not getting anything. I just went to the Popeyes on Buckeystown and use my code with absolutely no problems. I do not trust this place at all and I don’t think I will ever be back because The employees are always extremely apathetic and rude and I don’t know if they were trying to scam me but the entire establishment just seems extremely sketchy. I don’t understand how all of the employees seem like they hate their lives despite this new location, only being open for less than a couple of months. Also I wrote out this review a couple days ago and it looks like they may have deleted my review, which is even more sketchy. Do not come here.

I has order 5pc spicy yesterday. and I want to 2pc leg and 3pc thigh but they put in wrong piece 3wing and 2 breast. If there wasn’t a piece, they should have told me when I was waiting to pick it up. But they didn’t say anything.

Nice, new store. There’s a bunch of restaurants near here. We received our food pretty fast. Our order was accurate. Everything was hot and nicely prepared.
My son prefers the chicken sandwich here more than Chick-fil-a. I don’t think the rest of us think that- but it is a very good sandwich.

On a road trip with my pups and one of them loves fried chicken. We decided to stop here to get her some fried chicken in a little for me to. I ordered the red bean and rice And the mashed potatoes to go along with my three-piece dark meat spicy fried Chicken. The chicken was temperature hot and the skin was so crispy. The red beans and rice was pretty good and so was the mashed potatoes. The lady at the drive-thru was very professional and polite. I stopped inside to use the restroom and the ladies room did not smell fresh but it appeared to be clean. Maybe just need some air circulation in there. what’s interesting is on my way out of the restaurant I noticed they had a Japanese lucky cat statue a large one on the counter that was interesting. I wonder if this franchise is owned by an Asian person or family. I I love cute versions of the lucky cats and have several myself. It was nice to see it and it just caught my eyes. I would come back again if I happened to be driving by and I hope that they will fix the air circulation in the ladies room.
