The short Hispanic woman in the black shirt provided terrible customer service and was dishonest. I asked her about the $6 box deal, and she initially told me it could only be ordered online. This confused me because the advertisement clearly stated it was available in-store. When I showed her the ad, she changed her story, saying that this particular mall location didn’t offer the deal and that I would have to go to another store. I decided to order the $6 box online, and unsurprisingly, it was available for pickup at the mall location. When I returned to pick up my order, she appeared foolish, and I informed her that she shouldn’t lie to customers, as informed individuals like myself will always catch on. Despite being caught in two lies, she never apologized. Customers should be cautious, and management should be made aware of the deceptive practices at this location.

The food is good as always, but the customer service there leaves something to be desired even for Popeyes. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-through waiting to order. The two cars for me placed their order and got their food. when I pulled up to the menu to order, I just sat there for another 20 minutes waiting for someone to respond to me before finally pulling up to the window and having them tell me they couldn’t hear me. Three of them standing there no one walked out to tell anybody. Glad the food is still good.

These people were so rude. There was rush hour traffic, but there was no line in the drive-thru. So I got my food and my burger was a little cold but then I relized they never handed me my drink. If you know west st aroumd 4pm, then you know it is a mess and I had to do two U turns to go back through the empty drive through, to ask for my drink. I asked her if I could have another small Fri. Mine got cold. Man these women in here were so rude and snappy and the way the were like NO 2.99 . Um OK. This Popeyes sucks.

It doesn’t matter what time you go here. You can go there 30 minutes after they open and the chicken is never hot, it’s dry. And when you’re trying to order something, they don’t offer you any help or suggestions.

This place doesn’t even get one star rating the staff is very rude. I called 15 or 16 times on my cell phone to get a problem resolved with my order with my card because I never got the order with the delivery and they didn’t answer the phone if it’s the life of them that is very poor customer service I have never ever witnessed something that bad I’m never ordering or getting something from here ever again regardless of what location I despise this company and they should monitor and hire better people because this is just sad.
