I ordered 5 blackened tenedered meal , I got 3.. i ordered 3 blackened tendered meal i didnt get any sides!!! I did order fries. My chicken was under cooked.. chicken takes 7 minutes not 5 minutes… I had a newborn in the car, I eat here frequently. Very disappointed. I called to express my concern and was hung up on twice then sent rightto voice voice mail on third call. Completely unacceptable. I work in food service and would never treat a customer like this this, I need corporate to contact me and make this right. This is first time I’m complaining but not first time my order hasnt been right.. I check my bag as always but fries are usually in same box as chicken and of course i assume all five tenders are in one box. I work hard for my money, like most Americans….

The thigh chicken is almost as tiny as the sauce cup! Whaaaaat! WOW
As of July 2023, since 2022 the Popeyes locations have been serving much smaller chicken pieces specially thigh pieces (look at the pictures) than they used to and the prices are higher at the same time. Overall the customer isn’t getting a good value. Lately I have repeatedly received thighs as small as wings. It’s sad. To get the best value for your money if you have the time fill out the survey on the back of the receipt and get 2pcs chicken with purchase of a larger drink. So for about $4 you get something that is normally order much much higher. This is the only way to stretch your dollar with the small chicken pcs you get normally.
Thighs as small as the biscuits that come with them! Thighs almost as small as the dipping sauce! Wow! At time the items is ridiculously small! Shrinkflation of truly Real!

Ordered 6 honey bbq wings meal with a large frozen lemonade. My wings were cold and then they charged me a 1$ bottle charge without my knowledge at all. I called the Manager a female act like they can’t understand English.

Literally ordered/said I wanted a surf and turf box and order a second. Why did they give me 2 tackle boxes with no cocktail sauce. The screen when ordering said surf and turf but receipt says different. Both meals dont even sound the same. Not sure if there was a language barrier or something but the line was too long to get it corrected.

I had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich here and it was absolutely delightful! The staff are great and patient even while having to deal with a long line. The sandwich wait was around 30 mins but that was during the height of the craze. I had the pleasure of eating the sandwich before the craze took hold and it was and is still the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your time if you’re not going to get SPICY. There is no reason for me to ever eat at Chick Fil A ever again. Keep up the good work!

I am so sick of this Popeyes. They never give condiments for anything, always out of something or don’t put ordered items in your bag. How don’t you put butter in the bag with biscuits? 1st I wanna say how amazingly delicious the corn at Popeye’s is!!… sometimes when I’ve had a long day or just out shopping I find a popeye’s and get a corn on the cob with extra butter…. (make sure you remember to get butter & salt packets)… put the butter in the bag with the salt… spin it around and it is wonderfully delicious… without piling on too many calories.
The young men at the window at this location are Awsome !
Derek and Jawan will one day be managers because they understand the fine art of customer service, courtesy, kindness and efficiency.

I had to go try that Megan Thee Stallion Hottie Sauce. I ordered the Nuggets so I can get the dipping sauce. Three Wings and two apple Pies because They taste so good. The Staff was Friendly and the Food came out quick. The Tables were clean.

12/12- ChECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE . THEY ARE BACK TO SHORTING YOU ON WHAT YOU PAID FOR AKA STEALING FROM YOU. Second order of boneless wings and tots. Zero seasoning (supposedly Cajun sparkle wings and tots) and they are STiLL out of Cajun sparkle. Rip off. Sides are never filled to capacity, your containers will have plenty of free space.
