Good to see that White Marsh mall has a Popeyes! I like the idea of being able to shop and then? Finish my trip with chicken and a niscuit. I’ve been to this one twice and both times the service was slow. Not fast paced at all. The chicken sandwich I got was hood except the bread was hard in certain parts from sitting under a heater for an extended amount of time. Still good that they are in the mall now.

I hate this place i have to order 3 times to get correct order. Too much communication gap. I am never going back again i had 50$ allowance and spend all here. i like the food but not the service. 2 times i got small wings i told big wing the chest side i don’t know where they did’t understand and they were laughing at me at the third time i got the wings and talking with other staffs and joking about it. Wish i will not go there.

I used to enjoy these locations to have chicken. Even unconvenient parking.
I ordered a 10pc chicken combo.paid $25.
And whoever is named Martin. He gave only a small wing and legs…. and dumped 5pc biscuits in chicken box makes look alot. They usually put in a separate box for biscuits,I told him I wanted to have some thighs and breasts too.And he said I need to wait 20 min… I was very disappointed that he didn’t say anything or let me know that they didn’t have enough chicken parts. Instead, He trying to just hand it to me with small wings and legs. Everybody knows how small for wing and legs from popeyes chicken. Who wants to have a 5pc wing and 5 pc legs for 25 dollars?

Was told it would be 15 min for fresh chicken. Okay I want all dark meat so I was fine with that. But then 30 min later they finally give me my food. I was supposed to have 2 large sides. The macaroni and cheese was old and half full. It’s a family deal and they gve us 1 utensil. Unlike other Popeyes no refills on drinks. So we can’t eat half our food.

I placed an order online and was told by the manager told me he couldn’t find my order after asking how yo rectify it he basically gave me the run around and came back and said he gave my order out which is their fault then I waited 10 more minutes he asks me for my drinks never makes them and keeps taking other orders many customers got their food while I was still waiting it took another customer speaking up for me to receive my order after at least 30 minutes of waiting and when they made it they were extremely rude and laughed at me when giving me my order this staff and behavior from management is unacceptable, unprofessional and shows that they are incompetent to even run a restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

I purchase 3 piece wing combo All doing the night I had stomach cramps then then I was in the bathroom on toilet all night long until this morning. No more pop eyes at this mall. My stomach hurt so bad I could not stop crying.
