Listen. This is the only popeyes I will eat at in Baltimore. This is the cleanest popeyes I have ever been to in my life. Everytime I come back. It’s the same cleaniness! Look behind the counter towards the kitchen. It’s clean. The lobby is clean. The mutha is clean ya heard!!! Plus their not ashamed to play Christian music in their store.

The cashier Mari is very rude and got nasty with me because I said I didn’t want the fries that the other lady scooped off the counter back into the fire pit. That’s unsanitary and I bet she would not feed that to her fellow Hispanic customers. Please educate her on customer service and please let her know that body language goes along with that……I’m a paying customer and I should have to encounter that rude and disrespectful behavior.

At this predominantly Hispanic establiishment, The manager Debra who couldn’t be identified as such because she didn’t have on a badge sarcastically told me as of today she couldn’t substitute the two breast that I don’t eat for thighs. After a long day at work, the last thing I want to hear is sarcasm when I choose to support an establishment. I been stopped coming here because usually, they’ll have someone on the drive- thru intercom acting like they can’t understand English and would keep asking me to repeat myself. Also, they’d tell me that I couldn’t use the coupons in the app for this location and now that I was able to, it was another issue. Poor customer service!!!! Do better!!!!

Came into drive through at 10ish and store doesn’t close till 11. They ran out of specific pieces so I asked for 3 thighs and a leg as 4 piece dinner. Came home and got what shown in the picture. What a rip off.

It was awful! My order was NOT RIGHT. I know that dealing with people can be stressful, so I get it. However, when I ask for specific items and I don’t get them, then we have a problem. I will be contacting them to complain about my experience. Popeyes corporate office should be holding their workers to a higher standard of service, and your customers will, yes, will return that service with respect and kindness.
