Was missing an item and instead was voluntarily subbed an item without asking if I wanted a substitution or a refund, or the actual item that was missing. A strawberry biscuit. Had to wait 12 mins for the 1 biscuit. I had placed the order in the drive thru.

I went through the drive thru and wanted to pay for my 5 pc tender combo with a gift card that i recently got as a gift. The manager kept swiping the card and you can tell she was confused. She proceeded to tell me the gift card didn’t work. A guy came over to help her but that didn’t go well either. He told me the same thing after he kept swiping the card. Instead of them keying in the gift card numbers or using another register, they asked did i have another form of payment. The guy hollered to some in the kitchen did they want him to put it in as exact change and just give me a receipt because their drive thru numbers were increasing. I gave him my debit card as i didn’t have time for the foolishness. I then went inside to use the card and the cashier at the register just keyed in the 16 digit number & it worked. The manager was too lazy to do this herself smh

Drum sticks was so small it had to be from a baby chicken!!!! Fit in the small cup size of macaroni & cheese. Shameful to sell this. Not worth what they charge. Wait was too long due to new trainees at the register.

For almost 2 weeks this location has not had the limited time fish sandwich. I was advised should be in on Friday. This is the time of the year during lent season that they should be prepared. I rated it 2 because even though no fisg they did have the side order I wanted.
