Food was cold after waiting 10 minutes to order, requested a new sandwich and they just gave me another one that had been sitting there, soggy and cold. I under it’s “fast food” but fresh, hot food isn’t too much to ask for. Big waste and probably will avoid all locations honestly

I ordered a 16 pc family meal. They informed me that they didn’t have any mild chicken legs.So I told them that I would take spicy. I drove all the way home which was some ways away and there were no chicken legs at all.I paid for sixteen pieces and only got twelve. I have called the store seven times now to resolve it as I cannot drive back there right now and have not gotten an answer yet.

The chicken is great, the red beans and rice is out of this world. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. They told me it would be 10 minutes to wait for spicy chicken 35 minutes later I had to go up to the counter and ask them when it was going to be ready. They finally gave me my chicken but they forgot my drink cup and then ignored me when I asked for it. but the service wasn’t nearly as bad as the restrooms. Completely disgusting. I’m including pictures just so that you have an idea about how bad the restrooms are. One of the things that gets me is I often assume that if the restrooms are dirty so is the kitchen. Now maybe their kitchen is spotless but if they can’t keep the restrooms clean how can they keep the kitchen clean?
