Today I purchase a three-piece chicken meal with a frozen strawberry lemonade the customer service was awesome they were very friendly asked me for what i wanted offered me two apple pies and then repeated my order back to me to ensure they had everything right. The frozen strawberry lemonade was amazing it is my absolute favorite. I am so happy this Popeyes is open now.

Bought mild chicken tenders and the chicken pieces were small. They were also not fresh, and its hard to chew. Two days ago, we ordered mashed potatoes with gravy only to discover at home that no gravy was placed on the mashed potatoes. Not worth coming back to this place.

I’ve been critical of this newer location in the past…but i tried again today to see if they hired a good cook yet…today was good. I got the 3 piece special. I gave the food 4 stars instead of 5 because this is the first of a handful of visits where the food was just right. Crispy and fresh as if made to order…not under/over cooked…They keep this up, I’ll give them 5 stars. Good job yall!

Just terrible! They never get the order right. My 6 year old keeps getting spicy food when they ask you classic or spicy like 3-4 times! Welp another trip to the ER! I say classic each time!!!! I ordered a 8 piece mild they gave me spicy and mild mixed,looked like they picked the smallest pieces they could find and then wanted to know if I wanted them to give me all mild like I asked for?! This Popeyes is NOT good. The biscuit are not done. You can taste the dough still inside of it. For the chicken .. it is NOT fully cooked and the standard of Popeyes. The skin is super light brown, the the seasoning is not favorable .. please address this issues. I deleted my last review, but not this time because they messed up again! This is the most incompetent Popeyes I’ve ever gone to. They can never find my mobile order. Literally had to give them my order all over again in the drive thru because they couldn’t find it in the system. That the defeats the purpose of ordering ahead on the app! At this point corporate needs to step in and hire and train new people. Yes, the food is good but the workers are horrible. They are friendly and incompetent, however the bad outweighs the good. Do better Popeyes!

I was first told that I ordered from a different restaurant. After showing my online order receipt I was told to park and my order will be out shortly. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes. After going in and inquiring the lack of care was very blatant and ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for our food. Honestly wanted my money back but didn’t think the cashier at the time was competent enough to actually process that as she wasn’t competent enough to know which location she worked. All around bad customer service and the food was cold. This place could be better with better workers. People complaining in the restaurant itself doesn’t help with mood either and instead of trying to get the orders out, they were all yapping and having a good ol time while disregarding those waiting. 0/10 won’t return again…sorry but that was one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had at a Popeyes.

I was excited to try this newly opened restaurant. However, my chicken was severely overcooked that the skin was burned off and the chicken was dry. I tried to call the restaurant, no answer. I tried to give a review on the website, my receipt “couldn’t be found.” Hopefully this is just new mistakes that must be ironed out.

There are two popeyes in my area this location is the newer one. I was happy to know it was a new one because the one in Owings Mills that near me is dirty, unprofessional and get orders wrong. Because of that I would drive to Reisterstown rd Plaza because their chicken is always fresh although customer service can be inconsistent. I read reviews for this location but they weren’t bad enough for me to not see for myself.
My experience at this location was disappointing. I would suggest going inside to order and count your pieces of chicken. Two pieces of chicken was missing as well as my biscuits. They did give me the items I was missing without a problem. The chicken tasted like it was sitting under a food lamp it was not crispy AT ALL. I had to cook it more when I got home. The fries tasted like they were cooked in a airfryer. I don’t order out because food is expensive so when I do I want it to be right.
This is a modern looking popeyes you can’t see any of the food in the window like traditional locations. If that matters avoid this location. I won’t be returning because what I experienced is consistent with others comments. The location did appear to be clean. I did advise them to read their Google reviews before leaving and made the woman aware that the reviews were bad.
