Ordered a two piece meal with red beans and rice, a biscuit and a large drink via the drive thru at 9:16 p.m. which understandably is the only option. S_L_O_W going! I truly believed my beard grew a 1/4 inch while waiting. I received the chicken (very) tasty, a bowl of rice and what seems to be a tablespoon of red beans (if they didn’t have enough they should have said so. I would have chosen something else) AND NO BISCUIT in the box!!!! Called the store while it was still open and no one answered the phone! I guess they were too busy screwing up other people’s orders tonight. In all fairness, they are usually good with the orders. Today just wasn’t their day, They dropped the ball just like the Celtics ☹️

The location I went to is dirty and not kept up at all. The service is so-so. Even though I live close, I try not to get food here. I ordered 13 pieces of chicken and a large order of fries and it was not good at all. It was not crispy and It tasted like it was cooked hours ago , not fresh at all. Unfortunately I have this experience a lot when I go to many fast food places today. MEDIOCRE FOOD, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICING. Noone seems to care anymore.

Went her for dinner, service is the worst. I was waited on by a young Hispanic woman, she had trouble taking my order, we finally finish and I step away to wait for my food. Never received my cups and then was handed my food …again, no cups. I had to ask, and then I had to ask for a carrier…all while being looked at like I was bothering them.
