The people working here definitely need to get another job, if someone is looking this review, find another Popeyes, is better to drive 25 miles to find another one than eating in this place, bad customer experience and really bad quality of food, hope department of health shutdown this place cause giving the fries directly in a bag is crazy.

You guys ripped me off. I placed an online order on 10/12/25 at 8:57pm, for the 10pc family meal. I did a custom order for 1 thigh, 6 legs and 3 breast, in which I paid a 1.19 more for the extra breast. We got our order and got home only to find. 2 thighs, 4 legs, 2 breasts, and 1 wing. Not only did you short me the extra breast I paid extra for but you shorted me a whole additional piece of chicken. If this is how your company saves costs by robbing / stealing from the customer, you should go out of business. Anyone who orders here always check each piece of chicken right there at the window before you pull off. My order total was $33.03. I want my $1.19 back or a partial refund.

Did a mobile order. Told me it would be about 6 minutes for the food so they had me park. I waited over 20 minutes instead and couldn’t go inside because the doors were locked and tried to call but the phone listed on Google is disconnected. Awful service. They basically had me wait until another car’s order was ready that was parked next to me. I had to reheat my food when I got home because it wasn’t hot at all

Super busy because slow service. Took 20 minutes to get some chicken. The chicken was cooked ok but not wort the wait. There were some interesting characters in the line and the overall experience was kind of sketchy. The chicken was good though. Love that chicken from popeyes!

This was completely unacceptable. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I live 3 minutes from the restaurant. When I got home this is what I pulled out of my bag. I was so disgusted. The pictures tell a lot… the pic with the pickles is the bottom of the bun. The chicken was a BIG ball of inedible meat. I also received cold, stale fries! I didn’t go back because I had just flown home from a trip and I just wanted to eat and sleep. Needless to say, I went to sleep hungry.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve ordered online from this Popeyes, and the food is always inconsistent. It’s thrown together with no care, and the presentation looks awful every single time. The sweet tea tasted old and completely undrinkable. Total waste of money, and it’s clear there’s no quality control here. At this point, I don’t know if it’s the management or the employees! I wouldn’t be surprised if this location shut down. People complain about not having a job, but when they do, they don’t even do it right. This is truly the worst Popeyes location I’ve ever been to.

I use my mobile app to order from here at least three times a week. It’s close by and the food is almost always good. The accuracy of the order and the service is almost always BAD! More often than not there is no napkin or straw. I always order and pay for extra sauce and have to ask them to actually put the sauce in the bag. That usually results in them saying I only get one sauce and having to show then the receipt that they just handed me. I understand mistakes happen as I also manage a fast food establishment. However they are never busy when I come and the inaccuracies are just too much.

Had my order delivered by GrubHub. Half the chicken (spicy) is OLD. Like, they rebattered the chicken that was left over from yesterday and refried it! Are you kidding me? Hubby’s shrimp is old, as in, it’s been sitting under the lamp for a while. He threw it in the trash. The fries were gummy, as well. I am so mad. We pay good money for food, been at work all day and we’re hungry and get this mess!
