I’ve only ever had good experiences with popeyes, it’s not in everyday thing, i eat popeyes once in a blue moon. But I just finished a complicated install at a bank next door, so I figured why not.
And even though I was extremely upbeat and well-mannered, looking forward to a great meal, once I got past the fries, it was disappointment.
Seems you can’t mess up fries, i know eventually I’ll find a place somewhere that will prove me wrong, but for now, that might be a truism.
The biscuit should have required me to fill out paperwork to receive it, because i’m pretty sure it’s a deadly weapon. That thing was so dry and hard as a rock. I would have thrown it out my window, but I was afraid I’d chip the sidewalk.
The fried chicken I felt spicy.So I ordered that. It was very dry … very little moisture.
For the very first time, popeyes has let me down. I only say this in hopes that they can fix this with training and supervision.

Me and my boyfriend always go there so it’s really unfortunate. But the service the past couple times has been terrible. There’s a young man at the window who isn’t friendly, and my thing is if you gonna have someone at the window talking to customers they need to have top tier costumer service!! We ordered a 2 can dine and we got attitude because we asked for sauce…. And instead of just being nice about it’s instant attitude. I have no problem with paying for sauce but don’t be rude. And then I mean I know sides have to be portioned but there’s barely any macaroni in this bowl that’s already mad small.

Elkridge location. Im done with this place. Their employees cannot understand english. They speak broken English which is not an issue but when you don’t understand a simple food order and get it wrong 2xs in one visit. it’s a problem. I ordered at the drive through and didn’t get 2 items. I was not charged for them, but I ordered them, so I clearly needed them. I parked and went in. Paid and got my other items. I get home to find they didn’t get my chicken correct. I ordered 4 pc dark which is 2 thighs & 2 legs. I got 2 thighs and 2 wings. How the hell am I going to feed my kids with 2 chicken wings. This place sucks.

I went to the Elkridge location and ordered a 2 piece with a breast and thigh. I paid for my meal at the drive thru, upon getting my order I didn’t get a breast and a thigh. When I questioned the cashier he said it would be $1.75 more for the breast. I gave him back my order and asked for a refund. The cashier told me to never come back there again. I asked why because he messed my order up and I want a refund. He gave me the finger and refused to give me his name. He said I’m not giving you my name, what are you the police? I’m still in shock that he barred me from ever coming back to that store because he messed my order up, I will be happy to give my money to a restaurant who values me as a customer. Bye the way, the manager was standing right there and didn’t do anything.

I didn’t know that mild chicken meant no seasoning. This was my first time coming to this location. I ordered the manager’s special and was told that they were out of mild chicken, and that it would take 15 minutes to cook some. After sitting in my car waiting for 20 minutes, I decided to walk in, thinking that they had forgotten me. When get inside, I waited some more since there were customers also waiting for their orders. When my turn came, I was told that my order was not ready yet, and that more chicken was coming out. Confused, I asked, “Can I have one breast instead of one thigh since I had to wait so long?” I was told, “Sure”. Now 30 minutes since my initial order, I added a large frie so that I could get two sauces. When I got home, there was no breast, and the legs and thighs that were “marinated for 12 hours in Louisiana seasoning” tasted like nothing. I hope this was just an overwhelmed night for this location.

There has been advertising for a 5 dollar 3 piece chicken special, but I find out it is only for on line orders. Was disappointed and left empty handed.

Found mold on my chicken as soon as I got home and immediately returned to the location. No one seemed phased when I showed them the mold. They took one look and just threw it out, asking if I wanted new chicken. They didn’t stop serving and were still taking orders.
