I always go thru the drive-through. This visit was pretty typical. They move this drive-through RATHER QUICKLY just about every time. I’ve never received an order that wasn’t fresh. I gave a 4 on service because you never know what some of the younger employees will be talking about at that window and for anyone with young kids in the car, you may want to turn up the music on your rear speakers so the kids don’t hear anything you’d prefer they didn’t hear. It’s a small location, but you CAN dine in. The freshness measures up to all the other locations.

I specifically ordered fresh fries. The cashier said okay and proceeded to put the fries already in the bin in 2 bags. Then, someone from the back put fresh fries in the bin. I told the cashier that we want those fresh fries. She then poured the old fries from one of the bags in with the new fresh fries, scooped fries out and put them in the bag. Then she poured the other bag of old fries in with the mixed fries and scooped out fries and put them in the bag to give to us… Is that a health code violation in addition to poor service?

Went there yesterday, asked the young lady at the drive-thru a simple question. Do you guys have any vegan foods, she did not understand nor didn’t any one else that works there. I told them politely not to worry about it and she had the nerve to slam the window and utter these words stupida. They need to hire someone who speaks English so they can translate for them.

Never got a chance to taste the food. Was at the bar next door that does not serve food. Wanted to eat. Lobby was locked. Staff looked right at me and laughed when i tried to open the door. Only the drive thru is open at 8pm. Since i had to drive, I drove to Subway and ordered for all 5 people in my group.

Chicken was good and made fresh. It took.a little bit longer than most locations, but it was hot, fresh and good. The service was ok, but it took them.a bit to acknowledge me. Might be because they were busy making fresh chicken for me. There were many great affordable options so I ordered more then I could eat but the leftovers were yummy as well. I placed a online order & went up to get it after a good FORTY-FIVE minutes . Young ladies working at the time didn’t acknowledge us AT ALL as we stood at the pick up location. I had to literally go outside and get who appeared to be the manager smoking out front & bring him in . To be told they didn’t have our order ready he had to tell the fry guy to drop fries and had the cashier run and make our food . RUSHED & UNDERSTAFFED . the entire back staff was not organized as there was a young lady who NO BRA ON & management allowing it SMH . once we got our food sandwiches had PILESSSSS of Mayo gushing from it from a rush job , Apple Pie was hard as hell . NEVER WILL ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN .
