Worst customer arch e ever!! The person taking orders spoke WAAAYY too fast. We could NOT understand HER. She did FINALLY get the order correct when she slowed down and repeated back to us however. She did not understand our request for sweetener packs in our unsweetened tea. She had to ask the manager and when he showed up at the drive through window he could say to us was “NAH” “NAH” to sweetner and slammed thr window closed. First and last trip to this location. Plenty other options here we won’t darken this doorstep!!

I’m so frustrated with the popcorn shrimp. This time and the last time I ordered there’s only the crumbs being put in my order, meaning only crunchy breading but no actual shrimp in the breading. It didn’t use to be this way!
The pro about this location is it’s always speedy. Guess it doesn’t take long to scoop crumbs into a box. Ordering chicken comes out fine but don’t order their popcorn shrimp, there’s no shrimp.

Popeyes chicken is usually good as fast food goes. This particular Popeyes is reasonably clean. Service can be slow and their English can be difficult to understand. Atmosphere varies with the of day. Customers can use a lot of profanity so use a drive-through if you have young kids.

I’ve been to this location a few times with no problems. However, the last 2 visits, I purchased the wingetts with an optional sauce.
My concern is the inside meat has yellow/orange stains. In addition, the chicken wingetts taste odd. Here’s pics showing before and after pulling the meat off the bone. Noo, I won’t be returning after throwing it away.

I arrived and waited at the drive thru for 3 minutes without any response as I was saying hello and there was a car in front of me who just got their order taken. I drove up to the window and explained how I was being ignored while trying to place my order when the person that I was speaking to walked away without a word. Another employee came and told me that I would have to park and come inside which made no sense as their drive thru was still open and I have never been anything except for respectful. No explanation was given as to why I out of all people was not allowed to use the drive thru like the paying customer I am. After going inside, it took another 5 minutes to get my order taken and 10 minutes to get my food. The quality of service is ridiculous and the store needs to do better. Its wrong to go out of your way to make a customer’s experience more difficult.

I keep going back and don’t know why. No one speaks English and they always get the order wrong. Will order in Spanish next time. Portions are small. I was overcharged by $5 last visit. Last eat-in experience was terrible. Floor flooded and greasy and the mens room was closed.

Food was ready. Service was excellent. Food was great! This place has even gotten better than the last time. I asked for my order to be modified since I don’t drink sodas. It wasn’t a problem and they had it done fast. The line in the drive thru was long but it was moving fast and I had gone inside to special order. The manager even came outside to give me an extra sauce.

The famously hyped chicken sandwich is back, and boy is it good! After a long waited return, we finally stopped in last night to try it. No line, no wait, great service! We got one of each(spicy and regular) as well as another regular for our daughter. All 3 of us destroyed those things in less than 4 minutes! The bun was perfect, and the chicken was fanTASTIC! Super crunchy, with a juicy center. This sandwich was well worth the wait!
