Trash trash trash!! The staff horrendous especially the cashier tonight working in the 10pm hour! Horrible customer service! The manager on duty told me it was 15 minutes to wait for the chicken because they only had breast and thighs and mild. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes because they forgot we were in the parking lot waiting when I drove back to the window to get my food they didn’t even know what I had ordered. Once they actually gave me my order I had to ask for everything because she was gonna miss practically half of everything I ordered. I get home to my surprise. Guess what the two chicken legs that I waited so patiently for was still given to me as spicy which I think they did on purpose because I told the cashier to stop handling money and then putting my food in the bag without gloves on her hands disgusting disgusting! I plan on calling the manager tomorrow or the owner to let him know he needs to redo some training with his staff because they clearly need more training. Everyone was looking at me like we had three horns on our heads as we continue to ask for all the items I had paid for that were not in the bag. It still took them five minutes to just give me four jalapeños imagine that! This was a poor experience that I do not have at the Edgewood location or any other location and to think this is a newer location perhaps if people stop going here and this puts them out of business maybe they will understand all these negative reviews are here for a reason. Stop taking peoples money, train your staff and serve the food that we are paying for accordingly!

Overall I enjoy this location. However, tonight I order lemon pepper wings and was given this spicy rub ♀️… I couldn’t enjoy my food like I wanted AND I called the store several times where the phone just rings and eventually gives you a busy signal! The help through the app was of no help because it flagged the picture I took of my food as “a picture that’s from online”! I can’t help my iPhone camera is quality lol… hopefully someone will respond to my email and the store will remake my order

Terrible Popeyes even though it’s brand new. They get my wing order wrong every single time. This time took the cake because not only was order wrong again (boneless wings with spicy dry rub) the brand new wings they made are soggy and half of them are unbreaded.

Order was missing the mashed potatoes I paid for. The chicken was under-sauced and came out dry, especially the Honey BBQ wings. For almost $60, I expected a complete order and better quality. Disappointing experience at this location.

Very small portions for the price. 3 piece chicken tenders that were barely the length of my finger. Ordered Mac and cheese and I don’t even think it was a full scoop (I took one bite out of said photo to try it, since the top was solid cheese when I pulled it out of the bag).

If you’re looking for a good chicken place, I recommend this Popeye’s. I’ve seen others complain about portion sizes, but I’ve visited multiple times now and they’ve been consistently generous with their tenders. Service is reasonable, but the restaurant is loud so it’s hard to hear when ordering.

Check your food before you leave the parking lot!!! We ordered two meals, spent $30. Got home 15 mins away with no utensils, no straws, no dipping sauces, missing a side and regular tenders instead of spicy. Called the store to ask for a coupon or partial refund and was asked to drive 15mins back to the store so they could “look at it” and then maybe they’d offer an apple pie to make it right. I understand they are new but forgetting half of the meal isn’t acceptable. Just make sure all of your food is in the bag before you leave the store.

The two young ladies working the drive-thru provided exceptional customer service from the moment I pulled up. Even when there was an unexpected issue with my order, they remained extremely respectful, patient, and professional. Instead of making the situation stressful, they handled everything calmly and took responsibility right away. They double-checked my order, apologized for the inconvenience even though it wasn’t their fault, and made sure I left completely satisfied. Their kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. It’s rare to experience customer service this genuine, and I really appreciate the effort they put into making things right. They definitely deserve recognition for representing the restaurant in such a great way.

I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender combo with fries and biscuit. I got nuggets , rice and beans , and fries as hard a rock. As a new restaurant this is disappointing. Should’ve just let bel air and edgewood be the only ones in business. Also they forgot the sauce. This was night shift by the way.
