Terrible experience. Went on 1/6 around 1:30 pm to get some food while heading home, the cashiers had a very nasty attitude and when I got home I realized I was missing my side of French fries. As you can see I had two orders with a side of a French fries (that I did not get) I asked for ketchup, buffalo sauce and ranch. They only gave me ONE of each, told me each additional condiment had to be purchased, what kind of policy is this? I’ve been here before and I had at least got two of each. Overall terrible experience, especially the terrible and arrogant customer service these ladies provided, will not come again, there is another Popeyes by Takoma Park that provides much friendlier service.

Food and service was fantastic. I ordered mac and cheese, spicy chicken strips, and and a spicy chicken sandwich for carryout. The young man who took and prepared my order was very courteous and thorough. He communicated well and made sure I had everything I needed to go along with my food. Restaurant was clean and well maintained.

I placed an order through UberEATS and wanted to switch out one side item. I called a couple times and they would not answer or answer and hangup. My order never made it to my door, which is on Uber, but the way Popeyes treats it’s customers is just horrible.

When I first walked in to any restaurant I check the bathrooms! This is what I see. Water an toilet paper on the floor, the sink has rings in it. The cashier looked me in the eye and said the bathroom was for customers only but with the flow of teens and drunks walking in and out I couldn’t tell if she knew what a customer really was.. When I notified the manager about the only working bathroom she said okay and walked off. Aside from the nasty bathrooms the tables were oily and had crumbs on them. I can’t even speak on the food because after seeing the cleaniness of the bathroom I can only image how the kitchen looked.

First of of I like Popeyes combo meal. Otherwise, the time that they were opened in the morning were too late. It supposed to be opened on 11:00am but we waited like more than ten minutes. That is not good practice. It will take your customer away from the business. Taker of your business.
