For some reason when asking for sauce (BBQ or sweet heat) they always say “it’s extra” when they never even include any sauces to begin with. All other popeyes in the area just hand it over when asked for. But this location charges. Just because of this i refuse to come to this particular location. Also chicken tasted old and the skin was soggy not crunchy.

I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience I had at one of your Popeyes locations involving a manager named Ana Ramos.

I purchased a 14-piece chicken meal, which tasted unusually bland and not up to the standard I normally experience at this location. As a frequent customer, I called the store to politely ask if the issue could be addressed. During this call, Ana Ramos answered and immediately spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, saying, “And what do you want?” She then stated that “no one else has complained,” and argued with me rather than listening or offering assistance.

When I attempted to explain that her tone was unprofessional, she told me to bring the chicken and receipt and hung up on me while I was still speaking.

I then went to the store in person to address the situation. When I asked to speak with her regarding her behavior, she brushed me off and redirected me to someone else. Two other team members, including Jose A, handled the situation calmly and professionally and resolved the food issue without any problem.

Despite this, Ana Ramos continued to behave rudely, stating, “A lot of people are here and we can’t talk like this here,” even though she had already spoken disrespectfully to me both on the phone and in person. Her concern about the presence of customers felt inconsistent, as her own behavior lacked professionalism from the start.

I want to be clear that my concern is not about the food issue, which was resolved, but about the conduct of a manager who represents your brand. This type of behavior is unacceptable, upsetting, and reflects poorly on Popeyes. A manager should be able to handle customer concerns respectfully and professionally, especially when the customer is calm and cooperative.

I strongly believe that Ana Ramos should not be in a management position without proper customer service training, as her actions demonstrate a lack of professionalism and leadership.

I appreciate your time in reviewing this complaint and hope appropriate action is taken. I would also appreciate follow-up regarding how this issue will be addressed.

Great chicken and tasty sides. The dining room isn’t huge but I ordered to-go anyways. Limited soda fountain options but all the staples were available. I had to wait about 12 minutes for my order because they were basically out of the spicy chicken pieces, but that just meant that everything was freshly cooked and piping hot! I’d go to Popeyes over KFC any day. Plenty of parking was available.

Ordered online, came to pick up. Staff including manager said they receipt did not show up in their system so they can’t give me anything. When I asked if what we should do, lady just shrugged her shoulder. I asked for a manager and the female manager looked at the receipt in my email and my app, and it shows the time and the right location, and everything checked out but they still did not give me my order. I ended up placing an order in store and spending more money. I was in their store for almost 2 hours on the night of new year’s eve. Popeyes support was no help either and said they will not refund me anything, even though I paid for food that I did not receive. They also don’t have an agent that you can talk to on the phone so I have to go back and forth through email. I’m NEVER stepping in to another popeyes again. Very poor customer service, very frustrating experience!!!

Their chicken sandwich is the best and the reason I keep returning. Be careful if ordering on the app for pickup or delivery as they too commonly will make mistakes on the order ranging from forgetting to put cheese on sandwiches to straight up not including all of the items ordered.

Every time I come here it’s something different. The food is usually good. I get the 2 piece weekday special often (from different locations)while I’m at work and never have an issue ordering white meat. This location is the only location that change the rules. How come you only get 1 piece of chicken on a 2 piece special?! I had to order menu priced and that’s horrible because all I wanted was 2 piece as advertised. No where in the fine print do it say dark meat only. It does say up charge for breast! Are y’all making up your own rules to get more money??! I need answers

I got violently ill i think I had food poisoning. I had to go to urgent care. I noticed with their chicken before I got it had a funny taste i brushed it off to grease issue. This time there was no going back. Popeyes please check your chicken to make sure its fresh and have your staff use gloves and clean hands
