We purchased a family bundle, which included six wings, six pieces of signature chicken, and four sides. I made four separate requests for additional items: five hot sauces, two ranch dressings, three spoons, and four napkins. Each time, the cashier seemed to have difficulty fulfilling these requests, providing only a small amount of each item. Is this an acceptable level of customer service?

Today I went Popeyes cause my mom wanted to get some for the fam and the service was like just fabulous like bruh okay the person/server who took my food ulises he was excellent he took my order under 1 min and literally had it out under like another 2 mins he recommended a perfect option for my fam which was the 12 pc chicken that’s the family bundle, I got my food and was satisfied but then my mom said to get plates too, n then when I came back, ana or ane (the manager I don’t know how to spell her name) was like you need plates don’t you ( and I laughed bc it wa funny that she knew) and gave me 4 for them I felt satisfied

I have just went to the Popeyes and received the most amazing service they served me quick and the food was hot and every worker talked to me with nice and kindness.when I sat down the table was clean and I was able to sit down quick and eat my food I don’t think I’ve ever went to another Popeyes and had such and amazing experience. Props to one of the managers there who helped me when I asked for sauce.

I really like this Popeyes. I like the kindness of the cashiers and the managers. The cashiers do a very good job. The food is always fresh. They offer a variety of desserts. My favorite dessert is the strawberry pie and the caramel apple cheesecake. I really like the cleanliness of the restaurant. It is a very spacious place to share with the family.

The manager is very professional, she greeted us as soon as we entered the store and the orders were delivered promptly and accurately. The store was also very clean. Food was served fresh and very tasty.

It seems the owner is not caring much about his business anymore. This place used to be one of the better Popeyes in the area. It is now looking run down and the service is sub par as well as the food. My last trip there after the snow only a small portion of the lot had been plowed. They no longer have self serve tea out front, if you want a refill you must go back to the counter And ask for it and you may wait until the staff feels like getting to you. The cashier’s are less than friendly and hardly speak any English as all. I have driven by and thought what a shame that it has gone down hill. I used to go there to buy dinner for our crews working in the field.i don’t anymore.

Food was acceptable, but the service was lacking in terms of manners. I had an unpleasant encounter with one of the workers, who instructed me not to occupy a booth since they were closed. However, the schedule posted on the door indicated that they were open until 12 am, and it was only 11 pm. It seems that inadequate staff training can negate the quality of the food. If employees are not taught to provide good service, the establishment’s value is diminished, regardless of the culinary offerings.
