The food at this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is great, but the service needs a bit of work.. The service was somewhat slow—I stood there for several minutes with only one person in front of me, just trying to get some sauce. Definitely needs improvement. But they were somewhat polite.

Great location, they got the manager special with 13 pieces for under 30, also they got an affordable family menu too. The location looked a little let down but the service was great and fairly fast. We were helped by Gherald, he made sure our orders were accurate. The biscuits were delicious too, i added some jelly at home myself.

I wish I could give them no stars at all. The chicken was old stale and dried out. Y’all please don’t patronize this Popeyes. The food is disgusting. This chicken is not edible. I called the store 5 times no answer. My coworker has had problems with them in the past as well. I never spend another dime in this store.

The food is always fresh the staff is always on top of the line. I get in and out in a timely manner. Everyone is always polite and always always smiling. I come here 2 to 3 times a week and always pleased.

This is one of the better Popeyes in the area. I usually order my red beans without rice and I really wish they would put more red beans in the container, but it is what it is. The food itself was tasty and hot.

i placed my order 30 minutes prior to my arrival, the people behind the counter were just standing around when i got inside, actually she didn’t even start my order until i was in the store she took at least 15 minutes to finish it, and was still standing around before handing me my food. and none of it was even fresh HORRIBLE service all in all.

While I loved their chicken, it tasted great and they always had great value deals, I felt frustrated last couple times I went in to order. I was ignored at first then was given attitude when the girl took my order. I assumed they might’ve been backed up with online orders because there were only 2 other tables at the time, but after I got my food the girl tossed the bag towards me obviously seemed frustrated.

It’s okay, but I can see why Dave’s and Raising Canes are pulling ahead of them.

Also, fill the damn sides up for $3.99.

This is probably the cleanest Popeyes I’ve ever been in. Service was good. Food is what you expect from Popeyes.

I visited the 11730 Rockville Pike location with my young child to eat inside, since Chick-fil-A nearby was temporarily closed. While we were eating, the manager (Jenny) suddenly came out and began yelling at an employee named Gerald.
She was screaming in Spanish, loudly and aggressively, right in front of customers. I am a Spanish speaker, and I can say with confidence that this was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Even in stressful jobs, this is not an acceptable way to treat employees—especially in the dining area, in front of families and children.
Fast-food work is already demanding, and behavior like this only makes it worse for employees and uncomfortable for customers. It felt like this may not have been an isolated incident, which is concerning.
I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper leadership training. Employees deserve respect, and customers should not be exposed to situations like this while dining.
