WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, WORST MANAGER EVER. I attempted to order our annual cajun turkey in the store and was told by the manager they you can no longer order in advance. Went home and ordered 2 cajun turkeys online on Oct 29 for a pick up date of Nov 22 at this location. Paid in full. I received both email and text message reminders to pick up ontime or I would lose the turkeys and would not receive a refund. I rushed to the store and attempted my pick up. I tried to show the manager my email notification and payment receipt, but she refused to look at them and asked my to write my name on a piece of paper. She did not specify first or last or both. I wrote my last name as that is customary at most locations. She did not question or ask for a first name. After waiting for about 30 mins, they said they could not find my order. I again tried to show the emails and she again refused. She asked if I used another name, not for my first name, just another name. I said no, I was the one who ordered and paid for them. They went to look again and came back after about 15 minutes and said they could not find my order. I again tried to show them my emails. The email started with “Hello Jim” and they said that was the issue, the order was under “Jim” so they went and looked again. After another 10+ minutes, again, she said she could not find my order. I again pointed to my emails and said here is proof I paid for 2 turkeys, just give me 2 turkeys and she said she could not until they could find my order. She went to look again and after about 20 minutes came out with 2 turkeys and said they were under “James” and my last name. ??? Then she tried to blame me for not giving her the correct name. If she had looked at my email and saw my full given name, not the “Jim” that the email addressed me as, but my full name under the billing part, she would have found them right away. There are a lot of Popeye’s in the area. I won’t return to this one.

I would 100% recommend this store to all, the service and food was amazing and fast! Overall the enployess and managers are amazing at attending and asking me what i wanted and they recommended me better and yummier options! The store was very clean and shiny, so happy for my experience here!!

The manager blanca confirmed my order around 3:30pm on 1/14/26. Online order for a a shrimp meal with sides that was around $13. When picking it up and giving them time to prepare it I was told that they had no shrimp and my order wasn’t ready. Popeyes and Blanca have 0 respect for the customer only offering me a 2 piece chicken meal to replace this or a refund that takes 2 days to process. Unacceptable and the customer comes first. Blanca didn’t want to do anything else to help the customer leave the store happy. The Popeyes team would rather have an upset customer and a few complaints over making things right and offering something better than a 2 piece chicken meal. I had to request a refund thru the app and go thru all of this trouble.
Do better Popeyes treat your customers with respect.

It wasn’t even busy and I placed a mobile order. They were rude, gave my son all of 12 fries with his meal not in a sleeve. Food barely hot bit the lady temper was on fire . I ensured not to match her and still received horrible service. I shall NOT go back you should turn around now. My order was just wrong all together smh. My son and nephew are hungry after practice this didn’t help at all as it normally would from another location

The food here is consistently good, but recently multiple items are missing from delivery orders. This is especially vexing because delivery already greatly raises the price of the meals. The customer service chat bot seems efficient enough, but it’s frustrating getting offered points or store credit when I want is the freakin’ fries I ordered.

I waited over 17 minutes for my food. After 13 minutes, I finally asked about the delay, and only then was I told they were waiting for the chicken tenders to cook.
That information should have been shared upfront. If something is going to take extra time, customers deserve to know so they can decide whether they want to wait or choose something else. Not being informed until I asked was frustrating and avoidable.
The issue wasn’t the wait itself, it was the lack of transparency. Clear expectations matter, especially when people are on a schedule.
Hopefully this is something they improve, because it would have made a big difference in the experience.

I placed an order online with a given order number 72. Just because this order was using with the promotion, the store did not giving me the order, the reception claimed that they don’t honor the order, my money paid online and time waiting in the line for 30 minutes was lost. I would like to file a complaint on this, is this really a business chain of Popeyes? I wonder. Where is the reputation of Popeyes? Is it just the restaurant at this location particularly or I should banned out completely Popeyes for my family members and spread to friends and related people.

I got 24 piece combo wings with a drink and 4 strawberry cream pie. I have never in my life taste chicken from Popeyes that was very nasty in my 40 something years. I paid almost 25$ for this bs. I ate 2 and rest I guess my bf will eat it not me.
