I think this is a good Popeyes, but it was tough to order with the cashier and took awhile to get our food. I’ll give them credit that it got busy before and after us, but what got us held up were 2 apple pies. We tried the chicken sandwich for the first time. Now we know why people stand in line to get them. The food did come out very fresh.

When I entered into the store, there was a man’s waiting. I thought he already placed his food order. I started waiting in the line. I was the first person but the man was standing there when I got close to the front the man said ma’am are you going to take my order? His order has not been taken to the cashier who for some reason was for filling online orders for 10 mins before he addressed the man standing directly in front of her and she was the manager smh. The manger had ppl taking orders online but chose to assist no one but walking in circles and claimed to be doing online orders. I waited another 5 mins for the guy in front of me to get his order placed then abruptly the manger left knowing I’ve been waiting almost 20mins to place an order. I waited a few mins and left bc my break was over. I’ve nvr seen a Popeyes operate like that.

Personally I avoid this location as much as I can. It’s good service but their chicken sandwiches are ridiculous. It’s not just every few times it’s literally EVERY time I go here. THEY MAKE BALLS OF CHICKEN short and super fat sandwiches, trust me it’s worth the extra 10 minutes to a different location.
