Upon entering the restaurant I was rushing in case the crowd was going to rush in ahead of me to order that’s only because I needed to go to the bathroom so I told the person behind the counter to go ahead and take the order of the two persons behind me so I could make my run to the restroom and to my surprise the restroom was so nice and clean it made me feel good to order my food there and on top of that the food as well as the whole experience was amazing!!!❤️❤️❤️

I had a very disappointing experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. I placed an order and waited about 30 minutes for pickup. During that time, the music in the store was extremely loud, which made the environment uncomfortable.
After waiting that long, I was told to cancel my order and that they “don’t care.” That is very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. No apology, no explanation, and no effort to fix the situation.
Customer service should be much better than this. I will not be coming back to this location.

They are overwork under pay and understaff. I ordered my food on the app. It took them almost 40 minutes to give me my food

Awful experience eating there. We ate in, and the restaurant itself was extremely barebones. Like, nothing but the furnishings. No condiments, hardly any pictures or anything to make the place look nice or feel welcoming. The air coming from the vent in the women’s restroom smelled of mildew and kitty litter. Before I even talk about the quality of food (spoiler alert: it was mediocre), there’s the fact that they left off a significant part of our order and my husband had to wait for ages for them to come up with it. The side portion of fries he got was laughably small: just a few fries at the bottom of the bag. The spicy chicken tenders and mash were pretty good, but nowhere near worth the price paid for them. The only positive things I can say about the whole experience was: the chicken tenders were very big, and I liked the music they played. That’s it. We won’t be back. The pictures don’t do justice to how grim it was.

A few days ago I had got the 2 sets of 2 can eat only the biscuits was so hard the chicken was dry and the Mac was warm. like it was sitting out.

Genuinely didn’t eat here for the longest tried again and first they forget the fries and we go back to get them we finally sit down to eat and the mashed potatoes taste like they they rotting and the biscuits stale and like they got crushed already chicken taste old too like its been sitting there for hours and the staff there just dont seem professional they were talking and laughing and didnt even have basic decency like handing us the receipt I was trying hard to stay positive in this but food is sacred to me I spent about 83 dollars and this Genuinely disappointed me and ruined my evening.

Everything was good at this particular Popeyes. Been eating Popeyes for over 40 years, can’t think of another Popeyes that had a staff so we’ll managed. Hat’s off to the staff that made my visit a very good one. Finally, chicken was hot, fresh and didn’t have that old oil taste. Again, kudos.

I work close to here and I’m mad about it. They make their chicken undercooked. I had to return my food on a couple of occasions due to my chicken not being done. Also they never have Cajun Sparkle here. I don’t why it’s never ordered. It seems like I can get it whenever the cashier feel like walking to get some. But if they don’t feel like walking away to get it they will tell you they don’t have it
