Food is always hot and fresh and quality control really doesn’t seem to be an issue at this location. Staff are also friendly and attentive to your needs. Bonus points for actually being well-staffed consistently which is a real problem for a lot of stores and restaurants these days. However, I liked the old atmospheric style better before the renovation. It’s still nice but I liked the way things used to be, that’s all. But overall super solid location, can’t complain too much.

Dined here multiple times over the years and the service and quality is always great and consistent. Staff is always friendly and on point. Shot out to the gentleman in the baseball cap that’s usually on the register. Not only taking and fulfilling orders, but works to keep the dining area clean when not busy.

I will never patronize the Popeyes location in Greenbelt, MD again. The level of quality and effort put into providing a decent product is virtually nonexistent. Considering how expensive the food has become, the lack of quality is unacceptable and frankly ridiculous.
This appears to be a direct reflection of the staff. Orders are mishandled, instructions are not followed, and basic comprehension, reading, and focus seem to be lacking. Customers are paying for food, not guessing games.
This review is for anyone considering this location—proceed with caution. If attention to detail and customer service are too much to ask, it may be time to reconsider the job.

Finally got to try the new chicken sandwich! After hearing all the positive reviews on Popeyes new chicken sandwich I had to try it for myself. It lived up to expectations. No toppings are offered on the sandwich other and pickles and mayonnaise but that is really all I needs. Good experience at this restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shout out to the management staff for running a great team!

They always mess up orders! I paid extra for the Mac and cheese never received it. Paid an extra fee for lemonade too! Never received it. Asked for dark meat, they gave me two wings and a tiny breast of thigh not sure. Eh 2/5

I showed the cashier lady exactly what I wanted and she gave me the opposite and told me they didn’t serve the chicken I wanted even though I clearly showed her a video of the exact chicken from Popeyes I’ve had it all the time it’s the only thing I get also she didn’t give me my drink and the wings she gave me look nasty as hell and when I came in she told me she only gonna give me what they have even though it was an hour before closing and they can still make chicken smh

Waited 5 minutes to place my order in the drive through, then waited 10 minutes to get to the window. I ordered one plain chicken sandwich and one spicy. When I got to the window, they tell me that they don’t have plain sandwiches, only spicy. I literally had to ask for the manager to explain to me why they were no longer selling plain chicken sandwiches when they were not close to closing. I had to request that they drop a chicken sandwich for me so I could have what I ordered 10 minutes prior. The manager said that he didn’t think I wanted to wait for a plain sandwich, so they didn’t make it when I placed the order. I’ve never heard of anything like this in all my years of coming to Popeyes. This is my first and last time at this location. The cashier was polite, but she didn’t know what to say when I asked if they could make a fresh sandwich. She had to close the window and turn around to ask the manager everything. I asked the cashier if I could get fresh fries when my food was done since I would have to wait at least 10 mins for a plain sandwich. She looked at me with confusion and didn’t know what to say. While I sat in my car facing the restaurant waiting for my sandwich, a guy came out and dumped a whole container of tea on the ground in the parking lot! Why wouldn’t they dump that in the sink!! When they brought my sandwich out, it was the most pale chicken sandwich I have ever seen. It has no color to it and doesn’t look like any chicken sandwich I’ve had before. I asked if it was actually a sandwich or just a chicken breast. I also asked him if he dumped tea in the parking lot. He said yes. I asked why and he said they can dump it either in the parking lot or down the drain. Every car that pulled up to the window had to pull over and wait. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.

There was about 10 cars on the drive thru so we went inside to see if it would be faster. Once inside I saw why the long line at the drive thru. All the employees were playing around laughing and just walking around. The manager was trying to tell them what to do but no one listen. One of the girls had a sweatshirt on the back with a kid giving the finger. So when she turned around it seems as if she was giving the customers the finger. The bathroom smell like pot and was dirty.
Not a good place to come eat.
