Put a mobile order at 6:18pm. Arrived at drive thru around 6:30. Was told chicken wasn’t ready and needed to pull to side for 6 minutes. Waited until 6:45 to then go inside. Female behind counter looked at customers and continued to do whatever she was doing. I had to leave to pick my son up from basketball practice at 7. My order was $60. I then had to return to the location just to cancel the order after picking my son up because no one answered the phone when I called 9 times!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Cherie at the Dunkirk, MD was the best. Never had this much fun ordering food. She welcomed us when we entered and was so helpful and hospitable. Fast service and good, hot food too and restaurant was really clean.

Popeyes in Dunkirk consistently delivers the flavorful chicken and sides you expect. The food is always on point—crispy, well-seasoned, and satisfying. My only frustration is that the service is slow every visit, which can be a bit frustrating if you’re in a hurry. Still, the quality of the food keeps me coming back, and with faster service, this location could easily earn 5 stars.

Trash. The employees and customer service. $100 on food. Waiting 2 hours with a hungry family. No one even answers the phone if you try to call to find out. This place needs to be shut down. They steal your money and never send the food out.

we went to get some fries and two drinks to quench our thirst and hunger, when we received the bag we were pleasantly surprised to see a chicken sandwich in the bag for free! must have been a mix up but still all grateful. 4 for service because he was NOT locked in, he was a little geeked i think hence the reason for the free sammy.

Never. Again. If you like waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes and getting the wrong food, you should definitely check it out. They put the wrong flavor on the wings and then, realizing their mistake, decided that the way to fix it would be to put the right flavor on top of it. Real genius level stuff. Unless you’re slaughtering the chickens yourself in the back, there’s no excuse for how awful this experience was and how long I waited.

For the last two months I went at least three times. The chicken is over cooked. When the coating comes off the chicken is dry. They need to watch the chicken or recalibrate the oil.

I visited this location on Thursday July 3 at 7:00ish. The food was hot and fresh ready to go in under 5 minutes. The gentleman who took our order was excellent. His customer service exceeded far beyond our expectations for a fast food restaurant. I will be visiting this location again with my family. I ordered the sandwich, ate it in the Walmart parking lot, then went back for another. Two thumbs up

Great food, fast service and friendly staff. Two registers were open and my order took less than 1 minute. It was a little pricey (Shrimp combo and an extra thigh were 11 bucks. I think they may have short changed me a biscuit too. Normally, one piece of chicken comes with a biscuit.), but the food was delicious. The manager was on the ball; interviewed a job applicant, checked on several customers and kept tabs on operations. Good stuff. Like Justin Wilson said, I gar-an-tee.
