Gotta say I have never been more upset with delicious food. Ordered online and figured I would just go through the drive through to pick up my food because I had kids in the car. As soon as I got there I saw the drive through line had approximately 10 cars in it. Figured 10-15 minutes. Took 36 minutes. I’m sure I could fry fresh chicken in the same amount of time. It just wouldn’t taste as good. Fries were stone cold. Chicken was amazing as always. Told the kids I hope they liked dinner because we wouldn’t have it again.

I stop by at least once or twice a month on the way home.. I usually get great chicken…Except for today, waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes to get home and have dried out “OLD” chicken..So very disappointed. Then I can’t even find information to contact the franchisee directly. I would give a negative star if I could.. Spent over $8 for 2 pieces of chicken to be horrible. Great food, fast service and friendly staff. Two registers were open and my order took less than 1 minute. It was a little pricey (Shrimp combo and an extra thigh were 11 bucks. I think they may have short changed me a biscuit too. Normally, one piece of chicken comes with a biscuit.), but the food was delicious. The manager was on the ball; interviewed a job applicant, checked on several customers and kept tabs on operations. Good stuff. Like Justin Wilson said, I gar-an-tee.
