I visited this Popeyes location today to grab something on my way home, upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted by the employees at the front. The area was clean and well maintained, after ordering I was told there was a wait on spicy chicken which I didn’t mine because who doesn’t want fresh chicken lol. During my waiting process I was constantly asked was I helped as well as if I needed anything from various employees, I felt valued as a customer. I want to shout out the young lady who took care of me Karrie, she constantly gave an update on how long the food would be and even offered an apple pie for the wait. This is costumer service you rarely see these days and in my younger days this is how we were trained as employees to treat customers. Great job management as well as the team that worked tonight because I know it takes a collective effort.

Got 2 of the $5 specials, paid extra for a biscuit, the wither was nice but was moving too fast, they forgot my biscuit. Things are too expensive including Popeyes for y’all to not pack orders right. Check your order thoroughly even if they pack if in front of you…I should have just cooked

Had a mobile order placed and immediately greeted up on my entrance and while waiting for my order to be done. While waiting, the staff ensure I was taken care of and asked if I needed anything to drink while I wait. They also gave me to option to change my order if I were in a hurry or I would be ok waiting for my order to finish cooking. A very good staff and a good hospitality atmosphere here.
