I would NOT go to this location. For starters, the service is horrible and the person pictured is dishonest. I asked for a fresh order and even offered to wait as the staff took their time as I know a fresh order takes a while. He told me that the chicken would take an hour, I told him that I’d wait. He then changed his story to “I’m not making fresh food until this food sells out”. Which is directly against company policy. Once I confronted him about it, he said that he’d “bought the location” and “has been working there for 4 yrs”, which was also dishonest as I visit this location regularly. I then asked for his name which he lied about saying his name was “Jose”. The employee on shift with him advised me that is name is indeed NOT Jose. All in all; he refused service (which by law he has the right to do for any reason) ALL BECAUSE I ASKED FOR FRESH FOOD AND WAS WILLING TO WAIT PATIENTLY FOR IT. 0/10 would not recommend this location. Go to the one in California, MD by Walmart. They made my order, no problem. He should be reprimanded for violating company policy by not making the order fresh.

There was no one in line when I entered and ordered a chicken sandwich. Uber eats came in and not only picked up the order but made a second order, recieved it and left. Another customer came in and ordered , received their order and left. At least 5 more carryout orders were placed on the counter for pick up. I am still waiting for the order. After 5 minutes I asked for a refund. I WILL NEVER STOP BY AGAIN.

Ordered a large and got a medium drink ,paid for a large!! Watched the cashier talk to Asian coworker in there language how she ripped off a white man!!! The food was nasty!!! The only thing that tasted good was the drink and they didn’t make that!!! The store I am talking about is in Lexington park,Md!!!!!

Ordered the Shrimp Basket for $6. I really like this location. I’m not a fan of fast food, but Popeyes is close to my job. The three times I’ve been here for lunch, the place is clean, the orders are made quick, and the team seems to LOVE seeing their customers. I walk in and the first thing I hear is “Hi, welcome!!”. When I get to the counter, the cashier is always all smiles, and (I think his name is Jose?) yells from the back saying “hello my friend, good to see you!”

I will NEVER eat here again! The food was horrible! I got home and took a bite out the chicken and it was bloody red on the inside! All of the 3 pieces were not cooked! Took it back and the cooks had an attitude about it! Since when do people eat medium rare chicken? After they remade the food they didn’t even put the fries back in the box! Workers just standing around looking lost and don’t know how to cook chicken! Never again!

Food took forever just to come out disgusting. Mac and cheese tasted like tap water and the mashed potatoes were horrible as well. The only okay thing were the tenders.

Service is slow when you order a family meal, I would advise on calling in the order in advance for larger meals. The staff was friendly and professional. It’s a busy place and they performed very well with how busy they are. The restroom was clean which in my opinion says a lot about the place. Small details matter.
