This location needs a serious Shakel up in ǰmanagement! One of the worst ran restaurants that I’ve ever seen. House keeping is terrible! I have gone thru the drive thru and the amount of food on the floor was ridiculous. The food is left under the heat lamps entirely too long. Chicken is often to dry to eat and the biscuits are hard like a hockey puck. This is most in the evening! This location needs to do alot better.

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to! Rude staff with a headphone. The worst customer service ever! I’ve had to wait over 15 minutes for my order to be taken. Rather than acknowledging walk-in customers, front staffs are all “busy” what looks like a Door Dash or pick-up orders.

Once upon a time Popeyes was the best place to get chicken. Now, it seems to be hit and miss.
After Covid shut most everything down, so many things have changed so far as quality is concerned, after fast food restaurants went back into full swing at many places such as Burger King, McDonald’s and Wendy’s.
It’s not that the things we ate there were the top of the line nutritional things to eat in the first place, but at least the burgers tasted like burgers. Now they mostly taste bland with a chemical after taste (My opinion)
Now , back to Popeyes. I absolutely loved me some Popeyes chicken But now, not so much I order food from both locations in the Park. The one on Great Mills was my “go to” stop but right after Covid it didn’t taste the same and I’m not the only one that thought so.
I switched over to the one in California Md. and it became my favorite place. I was in the area of the great mills location recently and decided to give them another try and at first , it seemed to improve, but within recent weeks, the grease in the chicken I bought made the chicken have the flavor of old grease So I started eating at the other location on Three Notch Rd and low and behold, their chicken tasted like it’s saturated with fresh grease It’s like they forgot to drain the grease after cooking it before they put it out on the selling floor. It tasted fresh but that extra grease does nothing for the flavor of the chicken, and it makes you feel like an oil slick is in your mouth
I truly love Popeyes chicken but it’s so important that quality control be kept at a high level so that customers won’t have to second guess whether or not to buy chicken from either location if they have a craving for Popeyes Enough said

SHRINKFLATION. or flattening. Apparently these quarter inch thick pieces of chicken qualify as tenders now. Completely not worth it and there were several of these in our order so it wasn’t just a one off.
Stick to the bone in chicken because last I checked, chickens don’t grow flat.

Food is good & is always fresh. They do run out of chicken a lot, so dont leave it to the last minute. Sometimes it takes them 10min or longer to get the orders done, it all depends on the day, time & how busy they’ve been. But the rest of the time its great.

My brother and I decided to have Popeyes for dinner tonight. Will we were not very welcoming by the cashier. No smile, made to wait while she cleaned and wipe counters behind her. Then she turned around as if we made her clean up. Took our orders up attitude . At one point I said something. There’s a reason why self check out works for me. I don’t have to pay for poor attitudes

The whole experience at this restaurant was a joke. Everything was frozen and was waiting to be thawed out on the sides. The chicken strips were so overcooked they weren’t even edible. We had to wait 40 minutes to get home and have food that the only two things in the bag were the frozen things they had to unthaw. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes

I just received the best customer service I have ever received in my life. I was with my young daughter and we were assisted by DARRYL. Darryl was so polite and knowledgeable. He multi tasked while remaining professional and gave each customer his undivided attention. Darryl smiled and was very patient as I wasn’t familiar with the menu and options. From the time we walked in, until the time we walked out everything was 100%. I hope that Darryl is appreciated and acknowledged for his work ethic.
