I had a very disappointing experience tonight. The lady working had a horrible attitude from the moment I walked in. She appeared to be a manager, as she was wearing a gray shirt while the rest of the staff were in a different uniform. If she is in a leadership position, that makes the experience even more concerning.
Customer service should reflect professionalism and respect, especially in such a wonderful town. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. Because of this, I will not be returning to this store, nor will I recommend it to others.

Decent food on the rare occasion you don’t have to wait 20 minutes for it and they get your order correct. It seems like 8/10 times coming here either i have to wait 15+ minutes even though I ordered ahead or I am missing items. The other 2/10 the food is great. So I couldn’t recommend it.

Great location, food is always good quality and out fast, employees are super friendly. Last time I ordered, I went back around to tell them I was missing 3 tenders–and later realized I was never missing them to begin with. But they gave them to me with a smile even though I had just put unnecessary work on their shoulders!! Love this Popeyes.

Some people don’t know how to add flavor to buffalo wings as mine had sauce on one side. All it takes is a little effort to shake them up in a bowl then put them in the box, but you can tell they just want you in and out as fast as they can. Service was curtouse accept no straws in bag. Will try one more time before making a final decision on ever returning.

The food is good when you finally get it, but the service can be frustrating. I was told to wait 5 minutes in the parking lot, but ended up waiting over 30 minutes with no one coming out. The staff’s behavior was ridiculous and unprofessional. They need to improve their customer service and communication if they’re going to ask people to wait.

I would like to give a big shout out to the young man at the restaurant on Friday Aug 22nd. He was working the drive through window. He was courteous- upbeat- just a great attitude! It was nice to be greeted with his smile and manners. You don’t see it a lot anymore! Wish I asked his name- but I did thank him for being kind!

The service and the quality of the service was amazing! However, what impressed me the most was the respect that I was showing. I’m a 73 year old black man and I was treated with such dignity and kindness. I’m writing this to say that the person’s name was Mohamed. Muhammad gave me service and kindness thank you for implying employing such a wonderful person. Felt like a commercial but it was personal.
