Order a family meal for 6 people, the manager there only gave us 1 plastic spoon and 3 pieces of napkins. When we asked for more, he gave us attitude, very rude and unprofessional. He’s tall and big but gave us tiny amount of supplies, big guy with small heart.

Updated 1/10: Bojangles is a lot better. I finally went to Bojangles in Wilmington NC. Oh my, we need Bojangles in my area!! Anyway, I ordered 12 piece meal all dark meat with mashed potatoes with gravy and Mac and cheese at this Popeye. The Mac and cheese was runny and tasted funny. It doesn’t taste natural. The service is consistently great and the chicken is delicious.

Saturday 2/11/2023 is probably the same drive through Spanish lady everyone is writing about. She was very rude and said something in Spanish as she turned her back ( did not sound nice, more like cursing). Never coming back this this location. Made us wait on the parking lot for 10 mins when we ordered online 30 mins before coming.

I think its very obvious everyone here in the reviews had a bad experience with this drive thru lady….let’s be very clear, there is literally only one bad worker, I don’t know her name but I can smell her attitude all the way from my work office. Drive through attendant(Gloria) was so unprofessional. She showed bad attitude while ordering, told us to wait in the CVS parking lot and closed the window without telling the price and giving us a receipt. We were overcharged. Send Abigail with a missing order and Maria apologized for her grave fault. It looks like no one is monitoring this business.

I’ve visited here about once a week, the last 3 times I have not recieved a biscuit with my combo, nor a reciept without asking. The lady in the drive through cut me off mid order and said “right to the window”. She then glared at me like I was wasting her time when I asked to add more to my order at the window. I asked for a spicy sandwich and got a mild. No wonder Chik-fil-a has such a great reputation for service, this particular popeyes lowers the standard.
