Kindness and respect you don’t find everywhere
I am an older woman, and I truly appreciate being treated with patience and kindness when I go out to eat. During my visit to this Popeyes, every employee treated me with so much respect and care. No one rushed me, and they took the time to listen to my order and answer my questions with a smile.
The young lady at the counter spoke clearly, was very polite, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Another employee kindly helped me with my tray, which meant more to me than they probably realized. Small gestures like that make a big difference.
The restaurant was clean, well organized, and calm, which made my experience very pleasant. The food was hot and fresh, but what truly stood out was the way the staff treated me — with dignity, patience, and genuine kindness.
The manager should be very proud of this team. It is not easy to find places where older customers are treated so well. I left feeling happy, respected, and grateful. I will definitely return and recommend this Popeyes to my friends.

My family went in for a quick dinner. It happened to be 20 minutes wait for a quick dinner. I learned in the hard way not to do mobile order. In order to use coupon, my husband was told to use phone order by the lady who was working there. He did it quickly and whole time he waited at the counter. All employees knew my husband waited there for 20 minutes. He asked the lady again. Then she gave us someone else’s order. There was his order ticket hanging. I am sure everyone knew what it was, but nobody cared. My three kids were getting bored and visited dad who was waiting at the counter whole time 20 minutes.
If anyone cared a bit, it would have not happened. Finally we received what we ordered. What I can tell is that It took 1 minute to put food into the container.

Absolutely hands down, the best Popeyes in the US! Really nice staff and wonderful management. The food quality here is top notch. You can really tell that the managers care about their employees. We have lived here for many years, and the there is very low staff turnover. We are always greeted with smiles and feel like part of the local community. They go out of their way to make things right if we ever have a concern with our order. We have eaten at many Popeyes around the country in our travels, and they were all good, but this one takes the prize for customer service and great food. Love that this in an important part of our community and kudos to great managers!!!

Usually this place is fine but the customer service was awful at our most recent visit. We placed an order via drive thru, paid for it, was told to wait 6 mins for biscuits to be made, then the employee came out to tell us we hadn’t paid, despite having a receipt showing the authorized charge, my bank app showing the pending charge. It is rather insulting to be accused of not paying when the employee and manager are incompetent.

Delicious! I try the two pieces combo and was DELICIOUS! The restaurant was very clean, my order was ready in LESS than 5 minutes. The cashier was a native Spanish speaker and took my order perfectly speaking both in Spanish, and she was really helpful with another Spanish speakers customers as well.

I had an awesome experience at this Popeyes location! The manager, Rafael, was truly exceptional. Even though the place seemed a bit short-staffed, Rafael was stepping up and working hard, while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. The whole staff was clearly inspired by his energy, making the whole experience really enjoyable. Definitely a great place to visit, and I’ll be coming back for sure! Thanks, Rafael and team!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I placed an online pickup order for a large mashed potato and a regular mashed potato, then went through the drive-thru and placed another order for 4 pieces of chicken with a side of fries and rice & beans.
When I got home, I realized they gave me two orders of fries instead of fries and rice & beans. I didn’t notice until I was already home, so I tried calling the store to fix the issue. No one answered the phone, and when they finally did, I was put on hold and ignored. You could probably tell I was frustrated by my tone, but I wasn’t rude — I was just trying to get my food situation fixed.
I’m sick and just wanted to enjoy my meal, but instead I couldn’t even eat properly, and the staff didn’t want to speak to me at all. Every time I called back, I was either ignored or hung up on.
Terrible customer service. I will never be coming back.

I’ve been going here for a long time, several years. The manager (owner? I don’t know his position but he seems like an authority figure) Raphael is easily the chillest employee I’ve met in a fast good place. Never had any complaints with the place either. I’ve often come here after school with my family and it hasn’t let me down.
