Best experience yet in a Popeyes. Employee Ricardo was top notch and got us a big order in good time. We often use our app but scanning our app at the counter and having a good employee made the difference. Other locations have often dropped to the ball on quality and wait times, not today and not at the Haymarket location. Kudo’s Popeyes and Ricardo.

Definitely a bad choice to go for lunch. The customer service was terrible. The young Latina lady was rude, and did not seem understand how to take an order. I had to remind her what I ordered. When she finally put the meal together, she forgot the drinks and sauces.
Pay $32 for a meal that wasn’t any thing great. The red beans and rice was dry, chicken tasted old, and the sweet tea wasn’t very sweet. I expect quality food and good service for that amount of money.
On a positive note, the place is new and clean. That is the most going for this place.

My husband and I have visited here on several occasions with a couple of them being close to closing time. One time about 30 minutes before closing, and another about 45 minutes. While the lady was nice, both times we were told they were out of everything we wanted and wouldn’t be cooking anything else. They listed off what they had left, and we were just hungry enough to take some of what they had. Regardless of not being willing to cook us food, what we did get was pretty bad. We’ve decided that this Popeye’s just doesn’t care about selling it’s food, or making it any good. We won’t be going back to this one.

Good food since the place is new it’s clean, a little on the expensive side.
As you can see in the pictures, they neglected to pull the paper off the cheese before they put my chicken sandwich together, so when I bit into my chicken sandwich I got a mouth full of plastic paper. But hey that can happen to the best of us

Make sure to double-check your order before leaving regardless how big the order is lay it on the table if you must. I was given missing items, and when I went back to address it, the hispanic and middle eastern ladies at the counter denied any mistake and implied that I am lying. Terrible customer service! Not only wasted my time and gas to get the missing items, I got accused of lying over chicken and sauces. Your customers deserve more than that! A little more accountability would go a long way toward improving the customer experience

I figured I would try the new popeyes in Haymarket. I was very disappointed the service was poor, the food was ok, the order was wrong, and then I had to speak with the person doing the orders, and it was a small language barrier. I included the receipt. A 4 piece chicken meal is $16. I think the price for 2 people to eat out at fast food should not be $35. It was overpriced, poor service, I was expecting more from a new store.

I always get drive thru and they are missing items somtimes and really slow. However I had to dine in today and it was really bad. Resturant ia not cleaned especially drink section was never cleaned. Also they cannot process orders so there are many people waiting to get food. I had to stand there more than 15min to order since no one help me. Finally i could order and wait long too get my food. After we are eating chickens my dauther complains that there is ba smell and I see still not cooked and blood inside… I know chicken is matter of cooked temp insdie but it was really not cooked. I brought that to cou ter and she told me because it is fresh and jucy… i did not want to fight and gave her that….

Only ate here because Chick-Fil-A was closed for remodeling next door. Won’t eat Popeyes over CFA again. $60+ order was missing all my sauces and sides and took 25 mins from ordering to pick-up. Wasn’t even busy as it was a 5PM on a Thursday.
