Amazing experience every single time!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this Popeyes location. From the moment I walked in, every single employee made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. The team here works incredibly hard and it really shows.

The cashier was patient, friendly, and took the time to make sure my order was correct. The kitchen staff was moving fast but still paid attention to quality — my food came out hot, fresh, and perfectly made. You can tell they take pride in their work.

What stood out the most is how well everyone works together. The employees communicate with each other, stay positive even during busy times, and never let the rush affect their attitude. It’s rare to see a team that is this organized and respectful.

The manager is doing an excellent job leading the team. You can feel the good energy in the store, and that only happens when employees are treated well and supported. Everyone looked focused, professional, and motivated.

This location deserves recognition because great customer service like this is not easy to find. I will definitely keep coming back and recommending this Popeyes to friends and family. Thank you to the entire staff for making my visit such a great experience!

This is a continuation because this is truly the only way I can get a response. Yesterday I hit a curb sticking out into their drive through, a hazard that should never exist in a properly maintained and designed lot. Since then I’ve been through a circus of silence and neglect that perfectly represents how little Popeyes seems to care about its customers or its brand.

After posting my initial review, I received a generic AI generated response from “Popeyes,” followed by an email promising that franchise management would reach out. Surprise, no one ever did. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times, but the phone just rings until it goes busy.

When I visited in person, I waited 20 minutes just to get the name of the manager, and not a single employee could even provide that. How is a business allowed to operate under a major brand with this level of incompetence?

As seen in one of the photos, this review is from 3 weeks ago stating the curbs were dangerous and had no signage. Below you can clearly see the OWNER acknowledge the review and even respond to it. So clearly the owner is aware of the situation because it would be immoral for anyone other than the owner to respond with the owners tag.

With a 2.9 rating on Google, it’s clear this isn’t a one off experience, it’s a pattern. Popeyes as a company should be ashamed to have its name attached to a location like this. If their franchise standards are this low, one has to wonder, are their food safety standards any better?

I went through the drive-thru and unfortunately found there is a massive curb sticking out that is not visible from within the vehicle, seen in the picture with lots it tire mark. This caused a huge gash in my wheel and upon taking pictures noticed another vehicle with their front right tire also blown in the parking lot.

This is just unexceptable. I asked to speak with a manager and the lady I was speaking with said she was. I told her what the problem was and she then said she wasn’t the manager and to come back tomorrow.

I went inside and waited 20 minutes to get manager information and none of the 4 employees could simply give me the name of the person to contact. They gave me a number to call which I did while in store and it rang the back of the store.

*Edit
Reduced the food down to 2 stars because after actually getting to eat it, it was indeed incorrect. I ordered spicy tenders with blackened ranch and got regular tenders with buttermilk ranch.

Also they are purchasing reviews, see picture. How can you be botting reviews and still have a 2.9 over all?

Here’s a shorter, natural-sounding version:

I’ve been to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen a few times and overall it’s a solid spot for fast food. The chicken is usually hot, crispy, and full of flavor, especially the spicy chicken sandwich. The fries and sides like mashed potatoes and red beans and rice are also good when they’re fresh.

Service depends on how busy it is, but most of the staff has been polite and tries to move orders along quickly. The place is generally clean and easy to get in and out of since it’s in a plaza with plenty of parking.

Overall, it’s a good Popeyes location if you’re craving fried chicken and want something quick and tasty.

Popeyes isn’t just a fast-food restaurant—it’s an experience. From the moment you walk in, the bold flavors and unmistakable aroma let you know you’re about to have something special. Their chicken is iconic: perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside, with seasoning that actually tastes like care and tradition went into it. Popeyes stands out because it’s unapologetically itself—rich Louisiana flavors, generous portions, and food that feels comforting and exciting at the same time. Whether it’s the biscuits, the spicy chicken, or the sides that never feel like an afterthought, Popeyes consistently delivers food that satisfies on a deeper level than just hunger. It’s the kind of place that turns a simple meal into something memorable, and that’s what makes it truly great. The service is awesome and fast. The employer are so kind and fast. Thanks for everything

Yesterday, December 26th, I went to Popeyes. I was having a terrible day, but the friendly and attentive staff made me feel so much better. They made me feel like they were truly my family. The place is always clean and it’s a very pleasant place to eat with your friends and family.

So this maybe im wrong here. When I was a manager at a McDonald’s when someone brought in a mistake from another store nearby I fixed it didn’t matter that it wasn’t my stores fault. I went to store in stone-ridge because it was on my way home. They made an error but I didn’t notice till I got home. So I went to this store that is closer to my home to see if they would correct the error. They did not. 🙁 can’t totally fault them but it was only a side and not an entire meal.

This place is something else. I need to stop giving it a chance. They are always short staffed which means your food is made really crappy or they forget most of your order. I never get condiments I ask for and utensils are out of the question. I got a snack wrap today.. with a nugget inside. My chicken looked like it wasn’t cooked. It was not worth the money. Just go somewhere else.

Every time I order I have to park and wait 10-20 mins just for my food. Tonight I ordered 15 mins in advance on the app so that it would be ready when I arrived and they still asked me to park and wait for my food and I still had to wait 15-20 mins tonight. On top of that they didn’t want to make my Mac and cheese. And still forgot my fries. Worst Popeyes ever the need to hire people that take responsibility. Or a general manager that cares

Same as a lot of the other reviews. Don’t leave without checking your order, they will 100% mess it up. Not going to back to this Popeyes, this is the 3rd time they’ve messed up my order. Never any sauces that you pay extra for and always missing items from the order. No clue how people can pay such little attention or they just don’t care and are miserable working there. I was the only customer in the store today and still couldn’t get the order correct. Negative 5 stars
