I purchased the $20.00 festive box the chicken and tenders were good but the sides were absolutely disgusting. The mac & cheese you could tell was old and my fries were under cooked and soggy please do better in preparing the food.

When you go inside it looks nice, but…. I don’t know about anyone else, but I feel when someone is serving your food that they should have gloves on. It’s too much going on and then the gentleman that was packing the food his arms were very hairy and he was touching other things, and he did not have gloves on his hands. I told the person that was on the front with him, she turns to look at him and then turns back as if that was the normal practice. To me that is a food safety violation. I will not be frequenting that restaurant ever again.

I went to the location 2/4/23 around 11am you would think everything is fresh since it’s so early the rice in the red beans taste like rubber the biscuits were hard !

I ordered a 2 piece white chicken, beans and rice combo without the biscuit. The chicken was so dry I couldn’t chew it. Luckily I had decided to order and eat inside. I asked for a refund because you could tell that the chicken was old. He offered me a fresh batch, I declined because it should have been fresh from the beginning. I request a refund and paid for the red beans and rice.
