Food as always was amazing as always, BUT when I realized i was not given my 2 extra biscuits that I ordered through the drive through and came back to ask about them the woman who spoke with me was very argumentative with me claiming she wrapped them up and put them in the bag (when she CLEARLY didnt) over and over. Even after bringing the bag in with everything that was in it she still kept claiming that she put them in there. Sooo service very Sup-Par ♂️ Food immaculate though.

All honesty food is hit or miss at times they be killin it.And then other times it’s like, yeah, try the suicide challenge everybody. One night, I don’t know if it was a severe rush too many call outs or just not caring at all. The chicken breast that I had I thought they dipped it in milk. The skin was so soggy.

It’s been a long time since I’ve ordered from Popeyes because it’s gotten really expensive. The first time I order on the app, and an item was out of stock. To get a refund I have to submit a request through the app and wait 24 to 48 hours. Plus, the receipt said KNIA next to the missing item. I had to call the store to verify it meant they were out of stock because it definitely did not look like N/A. It’s not the individual employees fault that the app or system is set up that way, but when an item’s not available, it should just be automatically refunded.

The food was excellent and worth a 4 to 5 star review hands down. All the food was hot, fresh, and yummy. However, the service here really dissuades me from coming back to this location. I’m not sure if this store is always like this, but it seemed to be short staffed and the wait was so long. It took me almost an hour to get my “fast” food. And the order didn’t even come out right because everything was so rushed. The kitchen couldn’t keep up with making enough food and ran out of a lot. A lot of people there were upset at the service. The workers there were pleasant, however this store could really use more workers to keep up with the workload.

This how there store is keep becareful when u eat there there oil is always dirty and they don’t clean it and only change it once every two weeks aswell as the pictures of the dinning room are taken just after they open don’t eat there chicken they have only one cook in there who know what they are doing the rest under cook food
