went through the drive through and ordered a spicy chicken wrap combo only to come home to bit into a wrap that was cold and the chicken was not fully cooked and raw. I ended up losing my appetite and threw the whole meal out and when I called they told me to bring the food that was already in the trash to get a full refund

This location was very clean, well staffed! Of course pricey! My chicken was delicious and crispy! My only complaint was the handicapped parking spot. Someone knocked over the sign and nobody has fixed that issue, so it’s limited handicapped parking! I took a photo!

We literally pulled into this Popeye’s drive-thru around lunchtime, ordered, got to the window, paid, and then we were handed our food which was all hot and accurate to what we ordered. This was such a weird experience that I’m still thinking about it almost 2 weeks later.

Got the chicken sandwich (spicy) along with the coleslaw. Chicken sandwich was very good. Coleslaw was average, not the best, not the worst. The temperature of the restaurant was very cold, it was about 75 degrees outside about 55 degrees inside it felt. The conversation between the manager and one of the employees was best not to be heard in public, but here I was listening to it followed with alot of inappropriate words. Maybe that is why the dining room had no one in it??

Picked up dinner that my fiancé ordered through his app. Everyone that was working seemed to have an attitude. I still maintained my polite demeanor and thanked them for everything.I assumed they were just having a bad shift which can happen.I get home and I’m missing half my meal. It’s one thing to be moody at work but it just tops it off when you don’t give someone their whole order. The night team needs more work on their attention to detail.

Ordered online at 2:02 while about 5 mins away, went through drive through where we told her we had 2 mobile orders and she asked for the names and we said one she told us pull forward and we told her we had another one she said pull forward again. We get to window and she tells us park out front and it’ll be 5 mins. We go and park behind another car waiting. After about 5 mins she bring out their food and looks at us and goes back in. We wait another 15-20 mins and go inside and she’s sweeping and our food is sitting on a shelf. By the time we left it was 2:37. We get home and we have 0 of the sauces and i even paid extra for some. Never going back to this location.

If I could give it lower than one star I would. The general manager needs to learn customer service and how to handle online orders the proper way. No apology, no help nothing, said the owner told him not to refund my order. Even though I was charged 2 times and only received it once. I know dam well they can do a manual refund. Or look up the orders. They absolutely did not even try to fix it. Poor customer service. And this one is pretty much owned by the same people in this area. Will not be spending my money here any more.

Always gets take-out orders wrong. These people can’t tell the difference between coleslaw and cheesecake. Cashier almost dropped my food on the floor. Never coming back to this location ever again.

Popeyes Chicken has always been good take out. Their customer service is decent. The only issue I had on this visit which I only needed to pick up biscuits and french fries. I did not care for the french fries just being placed directly inside the paper bag. Also Popeyes is becoming less affordable as one of my fast food take out places.

Some employees seemed disinterested in taking your order. Had to ask several times to repeat his answer which he did in about the same tone. I heard someone else ask him to repeat himself also. The place was not well kept. Food was ok but still prefer Chick-fil-A
