The [female] Manager (Alzira) at this location is by far the nicest person and the reason I come to this location! She has provided me and my family with exceptional service and attention to detail on our orders whether dining in or taking out. If there has been an issue or delay, she has gone above and beyond to make it better! The food is also always served hot and the sandwiches are made to order. I would recommend this location if you are in search of eating a Popeyes meal!

We stopped whilst out shopping at the newest Popeyes in Hatfield in the Walmart plaza off 309. I had the App and found a special not advertised for two for only $12.99.
We had 5 pieces of chicken (Breast, Wings & thighs), 1 fry & 1 mashed potatoes and 2 biscuits with butter.
Our meal was hot, fresh hot fries, chicken was hot, juicy and also FRESH!
The restaurant was clean and employees friendly. We’ll be back to enjoy this standard of fresh, hot delicious food at an amazing price just using the app!

When ordering thru drive thru. Please don’t ask for the managers name. If you do. This is what you will get. “Deez nuts”. This is after asking and they say. I don’t know how to write in English. UPDATE April 2025: They really do a good job with the food here. Their chicken is my favorite chicken of all fast food restaurants. You can tell that it is made fresh, and their biscuits and side dishes are great too. Unfortunately, they cranked up the prices on everything, but they have some paper coupons which really help out, but you can only use these coupons in person at the register, so online ordering ahead is not an option.
UPDATE Aug 2024: the food is still good and I’ve been eating lunch here often. Tables are often dirty, but the food is good. If you have the app on your phone, there are special deals which help with the pricing.
Well, I finally made it to the new Popeyes that opened a few weeks ago. It is located right next to McDonald’s and is easy to get to from the Walmart parking lot. I installed the app and ordered from there and it was rather painless. The place was new and had a good amount of people working, so my food was ready as soon as I arrived. My table was dirty in the dining room, but everything else looked clean, since it is new. I had the blackened chicken tenders and they tasted good. I didn’t know that they weren’t breaded, but I still enjoyed them. The iced tea was good, as was the biscuit and mashed potatoes. Pricing is a bit higher than other fast food places, but not too bad. I will eat here again.

Attitude was really horrible for real, I’m not going to come back here ever again. She sounds like doesn’t want to take an order. I was deciding to get biscuits or not because it was only for 1 person, she keep saying how many biscuits. Looks like they just look at the customers as orders, I go to food place and trying to get food for happy meal time, and I just felt like they treated me like shoot. No respect to customers.

I come here almost everyday day of the week. I’ve only had an issue maybe 4 out of the 50 times I’ve come. Every time there has been a problem the manager Alzira has spotted it before I even said anything. That’s true attention to detail I’m impressed with. It’s not everyday you get that type of care at a Popeyes so god bless her for putting 100% of her effort in everyday year round.
