I’m not sure how you have a 4☆ rating at this location.
My husband convinced me to give your location another try after a very poor (uncooked chicken and missing items) visit I had years ago. I wanted to drive to West Chester for their more consistent 4+ star service and food.
Anyway we came here for dinner tonight. The employees behind the counter seemed like it was a bother to serve us. They didn’t read the order well or seem to care about their jobs and the taste and quality of the food reflected that.
They had to remake an order because they didn’t see it had been ordered ‘sauce on the side’. The Mac & Cheese looked like it was at least a day old, noodles all broken apart and cheese sauce was clumpy. The cole slaw was soft and mushy, like it also was day old. My son noticed there was a big black “x” under the cup, maybe it had been marked for waste and sold out by accident? Idk, we stopped eating it though. The garlic parm powder was barely sprinkled on the top of the chicken, not enough to spread it around by shaking either. I gave 2 stars for service because the crispy dippers were old and the guy offered to make some fresh if we didn’t mind waiting around. They were still dry but at least they weren’t dried out from being old. Also, they’re called dippers but they give you a packet of sauce and no way to dip it….
The fries were by far the best part.
It was eerily quiet as there was no music in the dining room, this led to being able to hear everything in the whole building. The most annoying of which was the incessant beeping of the timers which apparently go widely ignored by everyone working.
When I received my Mango sweet tea I asked if it was refillable and I was told yes by the woman who prepared our food. I got one refill as we were eating from the male employee and went to get another before we left from the manager who was now the only person working the front. She informed me that it wasn’t refillable but she’d do it this time. And lectured me on how it was a premium beverage with an upcharge and that’s why. I let her know it wasn’t an upcharge drink on the app or when we bought our meal from the register but she just kept telling me I was wrong and that the woman was a new employee and didn’t know. As she was “letting” me have this refill I just let it go, accepted the refill and left for the night. The owner may want to either teach the manager what is a premium drink and what isn’t or fix your app and the register to add the upcharge she was convinced was already being charges.
We’ll be driving the extra distance to West Chester in the future.

Dont get trapped into getting the 5 chicken for 9$ they give u anything they want . The left over small pieces , old , dry . This leg is size of 2 small keys . Most time the chicken is bad here . 1/10 times u will have some good chicken. It a like hitting the lottery when I do!! Good luck!!

Came to this Popeyes because the chicken at my popeyes has been completely inedible.. Only one employee working (not their fault) so I waited in drive thru for 20 minutes, two people left line, food I ordered online 40 minutes before that wasn’t ready. I don’t blame the employee, I blame the location for not giving their singular employee back up during a lunch hour. Shame on you for not helping out your staff. Luckily the employee made me great food and didn’t mess up my order but I was almost late to work because of this. Starting to think I should just stop ever getting Popeyes because every one has failed me.

No napkins & utensils, everyone don’t wipe their hands on their clothing… Super inedible, I guess it’s understandable working at a Popeyes… My last time ordering from this dump…

It’s the little things that count. They had a great attitude as I inquire about Shrimp, as I’ve never bought shrimp from Popeyes but I’m on a diet this week. Bought the ‘8 shrimp’ box, they gave me far more than 8 shrimp. Fries and biscuit amazing. A pleasure

Ordered at 11:20 through the mobile app. I get there 10 minutes later and am told at the speaker that I have to move up to the blue pole because the order isn’t ready. Cool. I wait at the blue pole for 15 minutes. The only customer before or after me pulled up to the window 12 minutes in to my wait and was on their merry way within a minute. I backup to see what’s going on and am met with a “You got the mobile order?” I say, “Yes, you told me to pull up to the blue pole 15 minutes ago.” No acknowledgement. She continues bagging up the order and then says that they don’t have the dippers I ordered and if I want to sub with tenders. I oblige so I can just get out of there. She hands me 3 tenders and when I ask if I can get an extra 2 for waiting 15 minutes, I am met with a nonchalant eye roll before she boxes them up. This is among the worst service I have ever received at any establishment in my entire life, and while I am not one to complain, this was absolutely absurd. Where is the basic customer service?? They had no business, and still had me waiting at a fast food joint as long as I was, and then forgot that they even had me pull up. I would give -5 stars if I could because of how disrespected I feel. Current staff is trash, including this light skin woman with dreads who was working the drive-thru on 9/21 between 11pm-12am.

I ordered a bacon and Swiss sandwich. Are y’all handing out military portions on bacon? I feel like I just got rations. It’s a delicious sandwich not gonna lie. Would be even more delicious with nice heart attack fueling bacon instead of this. The picture made my mouth water so much because I thought I was getting good ol delicious bacon. Not some slivers. The southerner in me was very disappointed in the sweet tea. I expected straight diabetes from sweet tea at a fried chicken place but instead I think my sugar went down.

Got a 3 piece meal. Waited about 12min and got my meal. Got home, ate a thigh, got to the wing, it’s purple….. Didn’t even bother eating the other piece. I don’t normally down places, but how did it take so long and still had it undercooked? Only one car ahead and still was waiting after I left. Yeah I’ll just stick to some random market Fried chicken going forward. Won’t go here again! $12 down the drain!
