The workers were working very hard as there was a big line of cars for take out. I was 3rd in line at counter. I was out in 10 minutes. The young man behind the counter made eye contact and smiled when he handed me my bag. It was my first time ever at Popeye’s. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

After more than a decade, I decided to give Popeyes another try, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. One of my chicken strips was so small that it could have been mistaken for dredge drippings, which (given the price) should never happen. Surprisingly almost everything I ordered was dry including the mashed potatoes, biscuits and chicken sandwich. To make matters worse there was an overwhelmingly salty component to the dishes that made the meal far from satisfying.
The service was slow, and while I waited, I saw two other customers needing their incorrect orders fixed. Needless to say I was very disappointed and I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon.

On 07/01/2025 at 11:30am I decided to go to the Drive thru n order a 2 Piece Chicken Meal, I specifically told them make sure everything is fresh. I get my meal the fries were cold n the chicken was the same, n the manager told me I had to wait 15 minutes for fresh food. She was not concern at all, so I decided to get a refund.. worse experience ever, she should be trained for better Customer Service..

This place is awful. The management is terrible everytime I order online they either forget an item or get it completely wrong. I’m not sure how a restaurant so badly ran can be open. Go outside and just throw money in the air and you’ll save more then ordering from here
