Really rude staff. No etiquettes on how to handle customers. I requested for a fresh sandwich while ordering and the guy straight up told me that he won’t make it fresh for me because I’m only ordering two sandwiches. The lady at the counter was rude, continued to talk over me. Did not give me a second to decide my order. They treat their customers as if we’re asking for free food. The guy also kept yelling “there is so much clutter, I can’t work here” as if its the customer’s fault. Manager was kind enough to listen to my complaint. I have had good experience previously with this manager too. The rest of the staff needs proper training on customer service.

Never open on time. Nothing works. Trashy location. Manager doesn’t show up and makes the employees deal with angry customers. Never got fresh food from here due to consistently having issues. Just one time they gave me some random door dash that had the same first name as me. It was 4 hours old……

This Popeyes locations staff are very professional and the store was clean. I personally just had Popeyes for the first time ever. Crazy, I know. The food portions are small for the price I’ve paid. I was still hungry after ordering $10 of just food. No drinks. It felt like I just had a snack. The Chicken sandwich is definitely smaller compared to everyone elses besides McDonald’s.

Daquan serviced me today and was wonderful! His sales skills should be noted and praised, I wasn’t even considering at first what he offered me to buy but he persuaded me to do so. I can only imagine how much else he sells in one shift alone. Great Job!

The staff is usually polite and courteous. The food isn’t always great. I eat/ate here frequently over the years. I’ve gotten sick a number of times from the food but also, they tend to forget something in my order a good percentage of the time I go. I always have to call or return to the store for missing items if I don’t check before I leave the parking lot. Also, they don’t bring up the rewards program so that’s a total responsibility of yours. Overall I go back because when in a certain area it’s along the way, yet this is a consistent experience. Sometimes the food is good most of the time it’s just a pain on my body

Pulled up to the speaker and said “Hi can I get the 2 wraps for fi-“ then the employee decided to jump on top of me with “WE’RE SOLD OUT.” I waited in silence for a moment expecting a “Did you want anything else?” or maybe a “Sorry for interrupting you” but nothing, so I drove away. I see why the McDonalds next to you has a line for lunch and you don’t.

Definitely not one of their best stores. A slow Sunday night and extremely slow at the drive through. Then guy at the window had no idea what mardi gras mustard was. I didn’t noticed until i got to work that my order was wrong. My order is clearly on receipt correct and they even checked my items off by hand yet put other items in my box? Then the chicken i did get was old,burned and extremely dry. Poorly ran and will never return.

The location was clean. The lady behind the counter was training a new employee. They were all very nice and pleasant to all the customers from what I saw. She spoke to ever customer .I recommend this location. I would go back.
