My friends and I were starving after a full day of shopping. We stopped at Popeyes for a quick late night supper. The place was empty. We had a difficult time understanding the woman at the drive thru. We placed a rather large order and the driver requested 3 different sauces. She repeated herself 3 times concerning the sauces. Today I am trying Popeyes, 1st time since the pandemic. So at least 4 years, but today I’m going to dine in. I got the 4 piece chicken dinner with mashed and Cole slaw, wanted to try the Mac and cheese but they were out of it, was told not available. I had my choice mild or spicy, chose mild. The sides were good,id say average, nothing spectacular. My biscuit, hard as a rock, couldn’t eat it. From seeing the commercials there chicken had multiple seasonings and herbs. Very bland, average taste, it was crisp and juicy but again nothing spectacular. I honestly can’t say it was better then their competitor.

This Popeyes location is quite good. The chicken pieces are tasty and crispy and hot. Staff are quite efficient. It’s quite busy and we just had a short wait. We got their special spicy sauce but it’s so spicy and hot so we just used their little packets of hot sauce. The chicken sandwich is of course good as usual but it’s obviously a bit smaller than before. Still acceptable.

I never had it before so I dashed it. I order spicy tenders and got plain and unsweetened iced tea which arrived sweet. The fries are flimsy but I’ll boil that down to the time it took to deliver. For what it’s worth, the chicken was crazy tender and I got buffalo sauce on the side so I just dipped them but I can’t drink the tea for health reasons so I’m sad about that.

Order hot ones sauce ,that I’m charged for ,and never send it .give you ranch if you don’t have it don’t advertise it ,this has happened several times. The first time substituted apple pie which was fine ,but give a sauce you don’t want bs,and charge for it . Will not order delivery again from this store. Food is great just bullshit lazy employees

Ordered online. When going through the drive through you could hardly understand what the person was saying. Got the order. Food was mislabeled and because of that the food was distributed to the wrong people and made for an unhappy meal. This visit sucked and was a waste of money.

Ordered Blackened Tenders order # 8242. They took 45 minutes to send out 5 pieces of tenders on Feb 13. Whoever is in control needs to seriously evaluate the workers because they workers are moving in the back but they’re not working at all. And some worker was talking about her period

Not a good experience. Staff were in efficient and were constantly complaining in front of customers. Long wait time to order. When order arrived it was wrong and one order was dropped on the floor. Felt ill after eating the sandwich but my husband’s meal was good.
