Gabriel at Popeyes did a great job with my order. Great customer service. I had a problem with ordering my food wrong on the app and he changed it for me with a smile. I really appreciate him for being very kind. Food was good.

I never write complaints unless the issues in question are simply unacceptable, that being said.
I don’t believe any fast food restaurants should have employees that barely speak enough English to satisfy the absolute minimum communication skills necessary to withhold the job.
(If that wasn’t the case, I know most if not all the issues below never would have occured to start with)
I always speak very clearly when ordering, so when I somehow end up having 4 separate errors with my order, it seems like there had to have been a miscommunication, as I used direct terminology associated with the menu.
Regardless, when it’s busy and people are waiting behind me in line I won’t waste everyone else’s time and go through every single item, nor should I have to.
It’s one thing to “forget” sauces, but when I have two sandwiches that are missing half the ingredients, then several extra additional items I didn’t order, no sauces, and different sides from what I ordered, I heavily question why I’m paying nearly 5$ per singular piece of chicken, or nearly 8$ a Sandwich.
High prices go along with convenience, and quality, in which this establishment provides neither.

I hate writing reviews I rarely ever do but this has been the final straw. Ever since this location has opened it has been nothing but problems. I can understand a problem here and there we are all human but over the course of years nothing has ever improved. Food is always subpar, cold and never ready in a timely manner. Items are always forgotten in a order even when it’s something simple. Orders are often just plain wrong.
Today’s experience was a app order, 5 minute wait for the tenders which was more than acceptable, what was unacceptable was pulling to the window to be told that there were no fries available at all and if I would like to have a replacement side, mind you there were two orders of fries on this order, I chose to replace with mashed potatoes. Once I got my food and headed back to work which is right across the street so barely time for the food to cool I opened the bag to find that of course I was missing one of my sides, the tenders were questionable if they were fully cooked, the wings were cold, the mashed potatoes and the Mac and cheese were also both cold.
The only positive experience was the worker at the window and that took my name for the order. She was kind and courteous with everything. The problem with this location is obviously a management issue that over the years has seen absolutely no improvement and with a abundance of other fast food options in the area it will most likely be my last time visiting this specific location.

So my folks ordered out for me and got what I’d asked for. Upon opening at home I was appalled at the sight. I’d ordered the 5-piece Spicy tenders combo and what I got was 3 tenders and 2 micro pieces that could easily be classified as “nuggets”. Also, while my folks never asked for any larger size, they were charged for (and received) Large fries n drink.
I’ve never had trouble here before, so this lack of quantity per cost and shady cashier practice really bothered me. I’ll be sure to use extra scrutiny here next time

Got two large sides, one of them being mac and chz. It was replaced with 4 small individual orders, that’s fine. But each one was almost ice cold with a block of shredded cheese in the middle of each. Not fine.

The location on the outside was good, but the inside was not too clean, and condemns were not really available. The service was good, but the food was not as the two different boneless chicken options were prepared in front of me. They took the boneless crispy chicken and put it into a container full of sauce…shaked it up and put it in a bag and served me. No…not again will I visit.

I had probably one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a fastfood restaurant ever at this particular Popeyes last night. I made a mobile order and went through the drive through and they told me my food wasn’t ready and told me to go wait in the parking lot with no ETA or anything, just go back around and check later. After 15 minutes I went through the drive through again and still not done, I was told the chicken tenders were the hold up..also I need to mention the woman taking the order was pretty rude. I went and parked again and waited another 10 minutes. Eventually my husband went inside. There was a huge pile of tenders under a heat lamps, so we now no that was a lie. He watched several people go in and make their orders and get their food almost immediately. At this point it was almost 40 minutes of waiting and I went through the drive through AGAIN. They gave me the same line about the “tenders still cooking” despite there being a huge pile of them under the heat lamp. I asked for a refund and suddenly the food was “done” instead. I ordered rice, potatoes, and Mac and cheese as sides. When I got home I realized there were two containers of rice and no Mac n cheese or potatoes. Also the food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a couple hours. I tried to get a refund through the barely functional app and they offered me a $20 coupon despite my order being $35 and me stating I never plan on going back to Popeyes after this. This is the only Popeyes anywhere near my house, I don’t want a $20 coupon I won’t use, I just want a refund. The food was inedible and it got tossed.

THE MOST HORRIBLE PLACE !!! I saw the manager ahamed ( I don’t know the spelling of the name sorry ) touching the food with his bare hands ! just imagine the amount of times this goes on without clients being aware and this is the food we digest , second of all I don’t understand why put people no one can understand myself and a couple clients were struggling just to order ! He is just a unmannered person, does not say thank you or here ms simply is straight out RUDE ! I have had 3 encounters like this . I am not a person to do reviews yet this is astonishing. The only good employees were the 2 girls there at night who were lovely and made sure my order was made right and also this one guy young with tattoos he was very nice yet other then that the service was horrible on other ends I would never recommend going to this place !
