I generally use the drive-thru because I’m always eating my food on the road.
This location is by FAR my absolute favorite because from the time I order until the time I get my food is under 1 minute!
I HIGHLY recommend the spicy chicken sandwich. It’s the BEST I’ve ever eaten!

recently visited Popeyes and was genuinely impressed by the friendliness and positive attitude of the staff. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly, making me feel welcomed. They were attentive, patient, and happy to answer my questions about the menu. Even though it was a busy time, they handled everything with a smile and made sure I had a great experience. It’s not every day you come across such genuinely nice people in a fast-food setting. Kudos to the team at Popeyes for going above and beyond!”

Edit… mishap with An order and rewards.. I showed them the issue. Figured the right thing to do would be to honor it because it wasn’t my fault…. they told me they can’t AND won’t help me out.. And sent me on my way.

Probably the only place in ephrata where fast food is still fast food. Ordered from the drive through and waited less than two minutes from ordering to receiving my food. And it was hot! Almost to hot to eat right away.

The food was perfectly done! I ask for my blackened tenders to be left in the fryer double the normal time and they were amazing!
The worker was willing to help my with my app when I had trouble logging in. Both of the men at the front were extremely kind and more professional than any fast food worker I’ve ever seen. They were pleasant and helpful.

Never eaten at a Popeyes restaurant before but it was yummy. The sweet tea was delicious . I will definitely be back to try the wings and fish sandwich. Had the spicy chicken sandwich but it was not spicy at all. The service was very nice and pleasant plus gave me recommendations.

Having placed an order online and then going there to pick it up It’s more than disappointing when they leave two items out of the order. They’re not paying attention. This isn’t the first time this is happened either. While I like their food their attention to detail is lacking. To spend an extra 20 minutes going out to get food that should have been in the bag and then while they did say they were sorry doing nothing else to correct the situation is unacceptable.
If you go make sure you check everything before you leave.

Visited Thursday Oct. 31st, 2024. I picked up an online order after my shift at work. Two tender combos with drinks; medium sprite and dr. pepper. Food items were correct and were fine. I drank maybe 3/4 of my dr. Pepper and then went to discard the rest as the drink tasted slightly off; I figured it was maybe flat, or that the soda mixture was off or something, I removed the lid, dumped the remainder down the drain and saw this at the bottom, a dead gnat. Like it was at the bottom of the cup as if it had already been in there when prepared, it was not just floating at the top or else I would have noticed it. The drink was unopened until I got inside with my food.
I have to say this is disgusting and really a huge food safety issue. Your store needs a deep cleaning of all equipment and surfaces including the soda machine so this doesn’t happen again.
To give credit where credit is due, I have never had an issue with this Popeyes and I’ve eaten from here several times before! The service is generally good and the food otherwise is fine. Unfortunately,
