I made My order using the app. When I arrived at the location, I can tell it was newly built. The inside was clean. The parking lot had plenty of parking spots. The driver thru was really accessible. The cashier was very friendly and helpful with getting My order. I chose to dine in. There were plenty of seating. There were some tables that could’ve been cleaner. The Bathroom was clean. The food was hot and delicious.

I just left the Popeyes on route 30 and this was my first time to that location. Let me tell you that Danni I believe is her name in the drive thru was very nice and welcoming, top notch customer service especially being a fast food restaurant. She greeted me made sure my food was the correct order. I was impressed becuase that’s not what we get from fast food places. Employees like her is what they need to keep. Great job

I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru. I waited a very long time before anyone even took my order. When I finally reached the window, the employee started taking another order instead of finishing mine first. He handed me the food very rudely, almost throwing it at me. My card was locked so it took a moment to pay, and he rolled his eyes and acted very aggressive. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I will never come back here again.

This was my first visit at the new Popeyes on 30 and I was highly impressed. The girl working the drive thru was friendly, welcoming and presented an upsell with purpose. She explained the value of the upsell which I appreciate. I did travel home with my food and even with travel time you can tell the food was freshly prepared. Food was great as well. Flavor and temp were up to standard. I will return for sure.

After a 12-hour day at work, I stopped by and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The food was hot, fresh, and served promptly—and the employees were incredibly friendly.
One team member in particular, Danny, really stood out. What a breath of fresh air after a long day! From the warm greeting when I walked in, to taking my order, and handing me my food, Danny’s energy and customer service were the best I’ve seen in a long time.

I went to the Susquehanna Trail popeyes when they 1st opened and I was not impressed, at all.The chicken crumbled when I bite into it….over cooked. I thought “they just opened I’ll try them another time.I went today to the drive through.The person taking my order was talking to another employee I’m assuming about previous order and was rude(did not mute her mic).Again the chicken is over cooked and hard.I live closer to this one than Mt Rose but I will NEVER go there again.

Been here a few times had original and spicey. Original missed a bit on flavor but very crispy, the spicey was Dead on!! Loved it. Some times poppeys n general can miss on seasoning but this one has been fairly consistent. The staff works very hard manager who runs things around 6pm keeps things rolling. Very pleased with service and food. Keep rolling!!

I don’t go out for fried chicken a lot, but I do love Popeyes once in a while. The young lady Dani Was calling the line like a professional chef. I was so impressed. I had to say something, and she was extremely pleasant and hilarious to talk to.
On top of that fresh food was coming out as I went inside to order because a lot of places notoriously miss food and everything was in there and delicious so props to them for their hiring and product.
