Deeply disappointed in my recent mobile order experience. I placed an order through the app with a 5:10 pickup time, but the app showed it as ready when I arrived at 5:08. After sitting in the drive-through for over 10 minutes with only two cars ahead of me, I asked the employee to please make sure my food was hot since it had clearly been sitting. I was told it was already packed and there was nothing they could do. At the pickup window, rather than an apology, I was told I “should have called.” To make matters worse, three or four employees were at the window, smirking as their coworker walked away.
No apology. No attempt to fix the situation. Cold food and condescending service.
I hadn’t visited Popeyes in years since the location close to me shut down (it was extremely dirty), and I won’t be back. The fried chicken market is competitive, and there are plenty of other options out there.

Today was T-Mobile Tuesday 3 piece tenders for a dollar and you had to order it online. Well coincidentally this locations website was not working, ordering online was impossible. So I went to this window and asked for assistance on ordering and all the sudden the man didn’t understand English.

I placed my order with Popeyes Jonestown Road Harrisburg, PA around 1:20 p.m. for delivery between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. At 5:00, they canceled it, saying they couldn’t fulfill it. I placed a second order right away, hoping for better luck—but it was a complete mess.
I ordered two bone-in wing meals: one garlic, one sweet & spicy. Instead, I got one plain boneless wing order. I also ordered macaroni and cheese, which never arrived. I requested two sweet & spicy boneless wing orders and received three—but one was supposed to be garlic. All three were sweet & spicy. Not a single item matched what I asked for.
To top it off, I tried calling the store for over an hour and it just went straight to voicemail. No answer, no help, no accountability.
This was incredibly disappointing. I gave them a second chance and they still got everything wrong. They’ve lost my business. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience warranted it—and I truly hope management takes this seriously.

I had never been to a Popeyes before today. Their commercials make the chicken look so good so we decided to try it. It’s good but not better than KFC or Cracker Barrel’s fried chicken. The girl that took my order seemed very rushed even though there was no one behind me. They really could use a bigger parking lot if the drive-thru is going to be backed up.

Bought an 8 piece box meal with a side of order of french fries and 4 biscuits earlier around 6 today (3/12/2025). WARNING CUSTOMERS: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BISCUITS IN YOUR ORDER! When I received my box, I saw the box of french fries, but no biscuits. The 2 boys who put the meal together looked at each other and grinned telling me they put the biscuits in with the chicken. After arriving to my destination, and placing the box down for my fellow co-workers, when I took out a biscuit was WERE HARD! Popeyes is well known for their “light brown airy” biscuit, not this which was overbaked (see picture). Apparently theses biscuits had been sitting for a good while, and rather than THROW them away in the garbage where they belonged, they cunningly PASSED THEM OFF TO ME! This is to help other customers in the furture…PLS CHECK YOUR BISCUITS!!!
