An employee at this location threw a rock at my car and damaged my vehicle after a drive-thru dispute. Police responded and advised that a criminal mischief citation would be issued.
On March 5, 2026 at approximately 1:00 PM EST, I visited the Popeyes location at 1900 Lincoln Hwy, North Versailles Township, PA 15137. I placed an order through the drive-thru for one spicy leg and one spicy thigh only.
When I arrived at the pickup window, I was told that my total was over $6. I advised the employee that there must have been a mistake because I did not order a two-piece or a combo meal and the cost should have been somewhere around $4. I simply requested that the items be rung up individually. The employee told me he could not do that.
I then asked to speak with the manager. The manager came to the window and immediately began speaking to me in a rude and condescending manner. He asked me whether I worked for Popeyes and questioned how I would know that the items could be entered separately. He also told me to come inside the restaurant and do it myself.
I advised him that I would not come into the building because it was raining and because I do not work for the restaurant. I explained that another Popeyes location in Wilkins Township has rung the items up separately before and suggested that he could call that location if he needed assistance.
At that point, the manager spit toward me through the drive-thru window. In response, I threw a small cup of ice toward him. The manager then leaned out of the drive-thru window and attempted to grab my driver’s side mirror.
I drove forward away from the window and pulled toward the parking lot exit. While I was waiting to safely exit the lot and merge into traffic, both the manager and the employee came out of the restaurant and approached my vehicle. The employee approached on the driver’s side and the manager approached on the passenger side.
The manager then lifted a large rock and slammed it down onto my vehicle, striking and damaging my passenger side mirror.
I reversed back into the parking lot and waited until both employees returned to the building before exiting my vehicle to assess the damage. I then contacted the police. I remained on the scene, took photographs of the damage and the rock used to damage my vehicle, and waited for the police to arrive.
The responding officers advised that a citation for criminal mischief would be issued against the manager responsible for the damage to my vehicle.
This incident was extremely alarming and has caused significant stress and concern for my personal safety. I am requesting that Popeyes review this incident immediately, including any available security camera footage, and contact me regarding the actions that will be taken to address this situation and the damage to my vehicle caused by its employee.
Please ensure that all security camera footage from the drive-thru and parking lot during the time of this incident is preserved, as it may be needed for insurance or legal purposes related to the property damage.

Now I just gave a good review but after returning and ordering fish again I was given two chicken sandwiches. When I called the line was busy
Stopped by to finally try the fish sandwich, I frequent here and outside of purchasing the turkey don’t normally have great experiences.
Our food was made fresh everything except the biscuits. I really enjoyed the fish, red beans and rice and mashed potatoes were hot and fresh and my ordering experience was great. He repeated my order three times to assure it was right.
We also really enjoy the mango lemonade!

I had a great experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen located at North Versailles . The food was fresh, hot, and tasted really good. The store was very clean and well maintained. What impressed me the most was the excellent behavior of the employees—they were friendly, polite, and provided great customer service. Overall, a very pleasant visit. I will definitely come back again!

I do not live close to Popeyes. So the last two times I was near there I picked up Dinners. Both times when I got home I was missing the biscuits included in my meal. My bag was stapled with receipt. I contacted support. No help. I called the store and was told I could come in and pick them up. I said I’m not coming back. And was told thank you. That’s it No help. There are so many choices are where to eat and I will choose to not go back.

stopped by the Popeyes in North Versailles for lunch today, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The restaurant was clean, bright, and welcoming, and the staff greeted me with genuine smiles. My order came out fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked — exactly what you want from Popeyes!
The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right with that signature Louisiana flavor. The red beans and rice were rich and savory, and the biscuits were warm, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth good. I also tried the strawberry lemonade, which was refreshing and hit the spot.
What really stood out, though, was the service — friendly, fast, and attentive. The team made sure everything was perfect and even checked to see if I needed anything else. You can tell they take pride in their work.

Went in for some overpriced chicken. We were told to pull in the drive thru lane and there would be a 4 to 5 minute wait. 15 minutes later I went into the store to inquire what was going on, but had to wait longer because there was no one at the counter to ask. At this point, waited over a 22 minutes for food, after finally inquiring what was going on they said that they hadn’t started making it yet (they forgot to drop the boneless wings). Asked for a refund and was held hostage while the manager could not figure out how to refund all while having my card so I couldn’t leave. Had to stop somewhere else to pick up food, drop my wife and daughter off at home so they could eat and drive back 40 minutes each way and still spend 25 minutes before the manager gave cash back to me because he couldn’t figure out how to refund with a credit card. We used to come to this establishment on a regular basis. Every time we would have to wait for food. But they were nice so we continued our patronage. The child seats are disgusting. The soda machine never works, so no refills. Would not recommend.

BEST Popeye’s meal I’ve ever had! 5 piece tenders, look at all that chicken! I’ve got one piece on the side, saving that for lunch tomorrow. Chicken was fresh and delicious. Fries were good. Mardi Gras Mustard dipping sauce is off the chain, nice kick to it. Biscuit was tasty too. Drive thru service was great, I was taken care of quickly, even at dinner time.
