I’m not normally someone to leave negative reviews, but I just had the worst experience with a Popeyes I’ve ever had.
The guy taking orders was incredibly impatient, rude, and very disinterested/distracted.
Onto the food: the chicken is great, like always. But Popeyes mac and cheese is some of my FAVORITE of all time, so I dont usually mind paying a $2 upcharge for it. But the mac and cheese I received was first of all, about half of a container, second of all, mushy, curdled, burnt, and greasy. I couldn’t even stomach to eat it. Picture attached.
My friend also said the amount of fries she received was very small.
And, my “frozen” lemonade was just juice. There was nothing frozen or icy about it.
Very unhappy.

Awful service.
First time went and paid for a full meal. It was missing the dessert I paid for. They dumped the fries in a bag without any concern.
The garlic parmesean chicken was good so I decided to go again. We ordered 2 orders of the chicken, and 2 sandwiches and fries.
They dumped the fries again, did not give us the sandwiches we paid for, did not give us the correct sides. Did not give a receipt.
AWFUL. SERVICE.

Biscuit was hard. Mashed potatoes not hot. Chicken was good but tasted slightly like cooked in old oil with a burnt taste.

First of all, I have no idea why everyone in the kitchen and behind register were staring at me nonstop?!?! Not even blinking !!!They never toss the leftovers from the day before, and just reheat it!! Nothing is fresh, i got 1/4 shrimp meal, as soon as I stepped in my car, the smell was disgustingly horrible. I opened the box, it was so obvious that they were fried long time ago, BTW, they open at 10:30 , i was there right after they opened, I tried to see what is inside the small crumbled bread, the total amount of shrimps were 5 smallest size shrimp, the rest was all fried prices bread!!! And that’s not the only issue, I found the shrimps not cleaned, with the black vine on them, i tossed them into garbage, i have the video and going to post it everywhere

Not only did they get my order wrong… I had to wait for it! Do not come here if you have a limited time lunch break! Also triple check your order before you leave the window because I asked for strips/ tenders, tell me why they gave me wings and thighs! If you want to have a good experience at popeyes go to the one in Niagara falls they run it top notch. This one is run like corporate forgot about them.

This is the chicken wings what I was craving about! It’s fresh made, juicy, proper hot. I don’t know why this type of crispy skin is so hard to find in the area. It’s way better than plain coated ones. And I like that the base wing is hot by its own since I am not a fan of any wing sauce. The wings should be good by itself.

Oh my relationship with Papa is goes way back. Sometimes every once in awhile you try it cuz you need to be reminded about how unhealthy this food is. I am pretty sure there is grease inside the coleslaw, but the chicken is pretty good. Everything is orange All the food is orange. My favorite is going to Popeyes and then having them run out of chicken it’s amazing when to happens you go to a chicken place and they have no chicken best memories . Food was great, service was not. Whoever was taking orders and accepting payment was rude and short. Kept slamming the window closed and zero communication skills. Definitely not someone who should be working in the service industry. Let alone directly with customers.

I chose Sprite for the order, but what was delivered was iced tea… If the result is like this, it would be better not to make a choice and just deliver the drinks according to the clerk’s idea… Let a person who hates iced tea drink iced tea, this is why this store gets one star.
