This is the best run fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They’re quick and never get our order wrong. They have to be one of the busiest locations, with a dozen take out and doordash orders at any given time, and they still get your eat-in order done fast. The workers are very efficient and it’s normally very quiet inside. They have a TV usually showing sports highlights if you want to sit in and they have a drive thru that also moves quickly.

When to get dinner ,asked the lady did they have paper menu ,she says no. I get out of line look on my phone at menu,get back in line e ready to order .Same lady no one in line before me or in line after me.She started doing online orders like I wasn’t there for about 5 min, not a word that she’ll be right with me. This Popeyes location is consistently disappointing. Every time I go inside, the staff is rude and unprofessional. On one occasion, another customer even commented to me about how rude the employees were, which says a lot when multiple customers notice the same behavior.
The food also takes an extremely long time. Even when the order status says it’s ready or done, it rarely is, and customers are left waiting with no explanation.
Today’s experience was the worst. I went to pick up my Uber Eats order and did not feel safe going inside. There was a man loitering outside who stood very close to my car, repeatedly begged for money, and would not take no for an answer. After I declined, he continued asking for cigarettes and kept insisting. I was not the only customer being harassed — he approached others as well.
Because I felt unsafe, I went through the drive-thru to explain the situation and ask for help. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff dismissed my concerns and insisted I go inside. I was told, “He’s not doing anything, he’s just asking for money.” That response was unacceptable. Being harassed and made to feel unsafe is something.
When I asked the manager to write her name down for accountability, she refused to do so. The only information I was given was that her name was Melodie or Melody, and even that was handled rudely. Instead of simply writing it down or clearly providing it, she insisted on spelling it out in a dismissive manner and would not allow me to write it down myself. This further demonstrated a lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect toward customers.
Management failed to take customer safety seriously. Between the constant rudeness, long wait times, and complete disregard for safety, I will not be returning to this location.

I’ve had some really inconsistent food from Popeyes. Sometimes the chicken sandwich is extra dense and feels weird to bite into. Sometimes bits are burnt. But today as I took a bite I tasted something weird. I looked at the bottom of the sandwich and there was a giant patch of mold.
It’s just so obvious the people working here don’t care about what they’re putting out. I’m completely done with Popeyes.

I gave up on Popeyes all together this location is the worse they screw up my order 80% of the time witch wouldn’t matter so much if the chicken didn’t taste so horrible, dried out, and hard! I think they might be reusing chicken from the day before? I honestly wonder how they’re still in business? If the Popeyes corporation knew what they were serving under the name Popeyes they’d shut them down I’m being generous giving them 1 star honestly! Don’t waste your time or money there.

Emma was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. They were out of pies, but she immediately stepped in, explained the options clearly, and made a smooth substitution without any hassle at all ✨ Everything was handled calmly and professionally, and she made the whole interaction feel easy and stress-free.
Customer service like that really stands out You can tell she actually cares, and that kind of attitude is rare these days

Ordered twice from here. Gave me the wrong drink and had an undercooked meat in my mashed potato the first time I ordered. Didn’t give me my drink, gave me the wrong side dish and was cold, and a cold sandwich.
