I went ahead And order through the app. When I get up to the speaker , They said go ahead and pull up to the window, but my order is not ready yet. I pull up to the window. They say it’s going to be another five minutes. They come back about 10 minutes later and say it’s going to be about Another 10 minutes I ordered 12 wings and two mac & cheese . The person at the window did not say sorry for the wait sorry for the inconvenience. Is there something else I can do for you while you wait, even though you took the time to order a hug and you still couldn’t have it ready.?? Then I get home to this this was classic. Here are my honey barbecued wings. Are you kidding me? I will never go to this establishment again.

Brutal – they turn the lights out on all the signage so you can’t even see they are open – I went right past it then had to go back. I ordered two original chicken sandwich’s, then we got up to the window and they said half our order was ready and it would be six minutes for a plain original chicken sandwich, so they told me to pull up. Meanwhile they served like 4 cars behind us chicken sandwich’s. After 20 minutes I walked back to the window and asked about the sandwich and they were like oh yeah. What a joke this place is run so poorly I definitely won’t be back.

Cheesy bites were black because they were so dried out. Couldn’t eat one. Wouldn’t want to. The seasoning put on my chicken was powdery and I could tell that it was stale. The chicken was chewy. My first and last time going to Popeyes. I don’t understand the hype for this crap.

Noah and Ahk are popeye legends when I say the best service I mean it fresh food, friendly faces, brilliant places to visit and fun things to do. I got it all here at this popeyes from these guys do urself a favor and visit them on the evening shift.

10/9/25..Weird and sketchy employees. 2 girls definitely looked to be under the influence of drugs and or alcohol. Very rude service, long wait for cold food. Felt very uncomfortable how the back kitchen worker stared at me the entire time. Family 12 pc meal $57.00 is insanity for gross food and gross employees! 0/10 do NOT RECOMMEND!!

I finally decided to try out some Popeye’s tenders that I heard were really good. I’m not sure who told me this but when it comes to food reviews I will not be able to trust them again lol. For 10 bucks I got three little tenders that were the size of maybe my fingers and one dipping sauce. I don’t mind paying up a little bit for good food but this was far from great, there has to be rib meat or something else processed into these tenders because they really weren’t that they were not bad but they were not worth ten bucks. I’ve had Raising Cane’s and they blow this stuff away.

My work colleague and myself have ordered the blackened chicken wrap multiple times this year. Recently a female employee has been so rude, at least twice now stating “we don’t have blackened chicken.” She has refused to serve us and did offer any other options. She flat out says they have never and we are wrong. I’m so confused bc I have ordered and received from this location. My work colleagues and myself now basically do not go to this location due to the horrible costumer service. I have never complained like this but I work in an office of 100 plus people and we all agree that we will be going else where. It’s sad bc before this we never had issue.
