Waited over 5 minutes at the counter just to buy a drink. No one came over because they were all talking. As I walk out, just because of their design and how you can see back into the kitchen, a few were talking well others were on their cell phones doing nothing. This is not the first time I have had issues with this location. I thought I would give them a another chance but that had come and gone now. Unless there’s a change in how it is run I will not return again.

I have been here about 5 times and each time it has been okay. The staff doesn’t typically seem too enthusiastic to help. My main complaint is the food. It tastes like the fryer hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall, I hope that they improve in the future.

Place is a joke. I’ve watched people wait upwards of an hour an a half to get orders. They never have proper change in the drawer for cash transactions. They run out of food. It’s a high volume location that’s get slammed every night and you think it’s smart to run a store like that? Doordashers get piled up and it’s almost impossible to breathe in there. I’ve waited for a hour just to get 6 wings. Staff for the most part tries to be nice but it hard when you can seem them short staffed and working with what they have. I’d hope the management would get the staffing handled then it’d be a great location!

Three employees on one shift that can barely speak English and Just speak to each other in Spanish and laugh while you’re trying to understand what they’re saying you is absolutely crazy. Good luck getting your food anyways. Nothing is ever actually ready.
